Best CRM for Sales & Busines Development Executives
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. With Sales hub, I have full visilibility into the pipeline and can automate follow-ups at scale. Its helped me stay more organized, save time, and close more deals.
Good CRM to traack leads and create sales funnel

Email tracking, mail automations, tracking lead engagement, mail followup, storing leads and companies data, good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
High price, mail open rates are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in email management and creating sales funnel. It's AI assistant helps create personalised email for leads, helps in scheduling mails, prospecting agent is a good feature which helps in enrolling leads into AI prospecting, also it has support for third party platforms integration such as in Zoominfo, FullEnrich, Outlook and LinkedIn sales navigator.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the deals task and positions are personalised and search-ability with the key word. It's easily one of the daily used CRM of our organization. Simple to integrate with the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about but can increase the daily mail limit.

Better than most CRMs I've used before
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, easy to capture effective notes and set follow up tasks. The software has so many capabilities to make users more effective and you can use or not use what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've created custom properties and we are not able to search by custom property. Also, follow up tasks - would be nice if there was a calendar icon i could click on and manipulate for a custom date instead of scrolling to the bottom to click custom date field.

A streamlined and time-saving tool Built for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has made my outreach more organized, trackable, and effective — it’s a game-changer for day-to-day sales activity. Hubspot holds you accountable to your actions and is a true game changer for sales reps with a heavy pipeline. I love the email tracking, task management, and contact activity timeline — they make it incredibly easy to stay on top of who’s engaging with my outreach and when to follow up. The ability to build sequences, schedule follow-ups, and log notes quickly helps me keep momentum with prospects. The Outlook integration is also super clean and easy to use.
Because I use Hubspot on a daily basis, and generally throughout the whole day, what’s most helpful is how everything is centralized and visible in real time — I can see email opens, track call activity, set reminders, and manage my pipeline without needing to bounce between tools. It’s also great for collaboration since our team can share notes, update deal stages, and keep everything transparent. As someone who’s handling a lot of outbound prospecting, the system really helps me prioritize who to follow up with and when.

Sometimes the reporting features feel a bit limited unless you upgrade to a higher-tier plan. I’ve also had a few hiccups with email tracking not syncing perfectly, but overall those issues are rare. I have also noticed that sometimes after a system update, I lose access to certain functions that I need to go back to our Super Admin to correct. Something I would love to see is more customization options around task views and pipeline filters.

HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us solve key challenges around sales organization, follow-up consistency, and visibility into prospect engagement. Before using HubSpot, it was easy for tasks, emails, or leads to fall through the cracks. Now, with tools like sequences, task queues, and email tracking, I can stay on top of every outreach and know exactly when to follow up. It also gives our team better insight into the sales pipeline and individual activity, which helps us stay aligned and spot opportunities faster. Overall, it’s made my prospecting more structured, efficient, and data-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub has everything in one place, making it convenient to manage all tasks related to CRM from a single platform. This unified interface saves my team time and effort. Plus, it's fairly intuitive, so we don’t spend much time figuring out how to use it. We appreciate how it handles quoting and the organizing of customer data effectively. We use it to manage contacts and send out emailers and communications to customers, which streamlines our operations. The system’s ability to compile customer data and send out quotes are standout features, facilitating efficient and effective communication with our customers.

The reporting feature in HubSpot Sales Hub is not intuitive. It's difficult to compile and extract the desired information, making it challenging to produce reports that meet our needs.

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to compile customer data and send out quotes and customer communications, all in one intuitive place, simplifying CRM processes and streamlining customer communications.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a really simplified the way our sales team works. The interface is clean and intuitive, so getting up to speed was quick. Everything is in one place from tracking deals and logging calls to sending follow-up emails. The email tracking feature is a game changer for me because i know exactly when a prospect opens my message. I use this frequently and its easy to use user can easily navigate. Customer support is also responsive whenever i need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, it's working smoothly, i haven't found anything.

It keeps all my sales activities organized in one place, helps me remember follow-ups, and gives me visibility into every stage of my pipeline.
