What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides easy functions to maintain and trac the data, tasks and activites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not attach files while emailing through hubspot sequence.

Great product and service

What do you like best about the product?
I have put multiple professional sports franchises on the HubSpot platform and highly recommend it. The ability to build no and low code integrations is critical to efficient deployment. Sales hub keeps our sales and partnership staff front and center with the tools they need a while providing leaders with the insights required to make critical business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback can be that some of the pre-populated customer and company fields are not editable, but it's more of an inconvenience thank anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our customer hub for all CRM and deal details. Being able to integrate all external data is quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to track of interactions with prospects and clients. The ability to log phone conversations, emails, texts, etc really helps in getting prospects through the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more tiers for the subscription plans. There is a big jump in price when upgrading, which makes it less affordable for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set up reminders that get emailed to you for prospect follow ups is a huge help when you are trying to keep track of hundreds of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
This is most helpful if you're already using other Hubspot tools (and if you aren't, you should consider it!). As a marketer who supports our sales & fundraising team, I love that I can help create email sequences, manage the data, and get insights into what we're testing and what's working, and make the actual outreach, follow-up and next steps easy for my colleagues. I love that they get the reply emails directly in their inbox (integrating with Gmail) and that I can push data to Airtable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a support person is still necessary, even though Hubspot is great at making things as easy as possible (so I don't know what else they could do there to improve). Many colleagues I've worked with just have challenges when working with new technology, especially the set-up of the sequences tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing outreach at scale. As a non-profit we do not have a large staff, and need to make the most of our limited time. Hubspot Sales Hub was an affordable add-on to allow our fundraiser/sales to get organized in their data, plan ahead and personalize outreach, and make follow-up and scheduling meetings easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can integrate a lot of apps directly into Hubspot makes it easy to have different tools while having your sales force in one place.

Sometimes deals can be confusing since there can be a lot of them for just one lead.

they recently tried to make things more simple for offline integrations by lifecycle stage but you can't do anything else like deal stage or anything like that so it limits customization for ad strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
• I just love how easy it is to use and how smoothly it fits right into our daily workflows. It never feels like a chore.
• This platform has really grown a lot in terms of features, which is awesome, but the best part is it still manages to feel super user-friendly.
• Honestly, the email tracking, those automated sequences, and the AI features have been total game-changers for how we engage with leads and get them to convert. We couldn't do without 'em now.
• Getting this set up was a breeze, and integrating it with our other tools like Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce has drastically cut down on all that annoying context switching. It's a huge time-saver.
• What's really great is that their customer support genuinely listens to long-term users. You can tell they're always evolving the tool based on what we say.
What do you dislike about the product?
• The reporting and analytics could definitely use more granular customization. It'd be great to drill down a bit further.
• It's a bit frustrating that some key features are locked behind those higher-tier pricing plans. It just makes it tougher for smaller teams trying to scale
• Sometimes the workflows feel like they lack the advanced logic you see in competitors like Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• We've hit some occasional lag or syncing delays when working with third-party integrations. It's not constant, but it pops up now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Our outreach is totally streamlined now thanks to the automated emails and follow-ups – it genuinely saves us hours every single week.
• We've got so much better visibility into our sales process; those clear pipeline views and performance dashboards make a huge difference.
• The call insights are brilliant for coaching our reps and really honing our messaging
• The AI handles so much of the busywork for us, like task reminders, enriching data, and prioritizing leads. It's a lifesaver.

Great platform for organizing and tracking workflows

What do you like best about the product?
I likes its ability to create threads for each projects that I'm working and it is really for my team to implement and follow their progress. Also, the i can add my leads directly on the hubspot by integrating google analytics in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets tricky and technical to create new project threads and also the latest update has alignment issue when updating progress in the comments bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of my sales team members have been spending a lot of time on data entry and email logging, but Hubspot help them automate these tasks and focus on the clients.
