It does what you need it to do

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. People can pick up on how to use Sales Hub very quickly. I like that it doesn't require an advanced degree to understand how it works unlike some other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead object could use some love. It started out in such a good direction, but it seems like it has stayed half baked for a long time and it hasn't made the meaningful improvements I was hoping for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub allowed us to track our deal lifecycle and keep all of our communication with prospects and partners in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful in managing contact leads, sending them emails and mark the leads status like churn, new, untouched leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the customer support gets delayed with the responses. Rest as a user I never seen any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The managing of sales deals or if we talk about the managing your daily task makes the sales person life very easy and the moment we got onboarded managing of leads gets very easy and now I never miss anything if there is a followup or checking my monthly targets.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage contacts, send follow-up emails and manage lead lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now it fulfills all of the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in managing contacts (Leads) also allows to mark the stage of a lead like if it is new lead, churned lead, deal won.

Hubspot Solves the Problem

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot understands the need for organization. We are able to organize contacts and companies through a variety of filters. We use the platform every day and its easy to navigate. Additionally, the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports can be cumbersome to say the least and setting the platform up can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything listed above its helping our company transition from a Excel sheet to a full running CRM data base

What do you like best about the product?
It is a strong and reliable platform. It is fairly easy to use and I have used it for many years
What do you dislike about the product?
It has become a very expensive platform and all the features that make it worthwhile now have to be paid for

It tracks all engagements wth clients (CRM) and shows me when emails have been opened as well as logs this with the customers data

Hubspot Sales Hub is the best CRM for SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the Hubspot Sales Hub is one of my favorite parts of the software. After being introduced to Hubspot CRM as an SDR in May 2024, I have been a daily user and have even become certified in the software.

As a sales team with a techstack of 6+ different softwares for calling, emailing, automating outreach campaigns, generating leads, etc., integrating into Hubspot and tracking all initiatives and activities couldn't be easier.

I am glad that my company has chosen Hubspot as our Sales CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like HubSpot to implement more AI into its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Hubspot Sales Hub has created a centralized system for tracking and managing all Sales activities and made reporting on activities easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straightforward for any business that is still looking for 'sales' legs to stand on. As you go deep into outbound and sales overall, you will find the system to be one of the best when it comes to the CRM aspect of it, for outreach reasons, its a different story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has been openly ignoring the fact that their solutions around outreach have become outdated. The numbers are heavily used and often are marked spammed from the git go. The emailing and sequencing solution is almost near obsoletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, none that other solutions don't already offer. The only reason we are still part of the HS system is as it is the main CRM we are using as of now.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its integration of CRM, sales enablement, and automation into one intuitive platform. The user interface is clean, the workflows are powerful yet easy to set up, and the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Surfe, and Engage AI creates real value in our outreach and follow-up. It supports both strategic alignment and daily execution across teams.

The knowledge base content reduces the need for customer support, and it's always promptly answered when needed.

HubSpot beats all the alternatives every day of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable for now, due to HubSpot continuously evolving the number of relevant features, add how easy it is to integrate with other apps, and improves the ease of use and implementations.

HubSpot provides a 360-degree view of all interactions and plans with both existing and desired customers.

Hubspot - Selling Made Easy For Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I used HubSpot Sales Hub for more than a year in my previous company, and it’s was a total lifesaver for keeping my sales process organized. The email automation is probably my favorite part; I used a personalized follow-up emails that go out automatically based on what a lead does, based on triggers. The call logging and sync features helped me alot. Started with a free plan and changed to a paid user. That's how good they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app was bit lagging in comparision to the desktop version. For a pricing perspective, startup have a hard to maintain the retainer fee if they are on the investors money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business lead managment and dashboard view.

Beneits are immense. The sales cycle and overall teams performance is scene in figures. Strategic planning has been a lot of easier since using Hubspot.
