A tool that works
What do you like best about the product?
I value the detailed analytics and reporting, which give us clear insights into our sales performance and help us make better decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options, while powerful, can be difficult to configure without technical help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of tracking customer interactions across multiple channels, giving us a complete view of our sales pipeline and improving our follow-up accuracy.
Great CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub, tasks and sales signals are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost keeps increasing at a rapid rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps track of all of sales activites and makes it easy to track deals and track their jouney.
Great CRM tool for Merchant Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like that's a all in one platform that's easy to use and implement. I use it every day and it is linked to our Admin, Email, and Aloware, making it super easy to keep track of all communication. It has SO many features that it's hard not to find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's hard to set up at first to ensure all works as wanted, but once it is set up, it's a piece of cake to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a seamless sales to onboarding merchant experience while everything that the customer goes through is tracked and kept in one place.
Excellent tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to export many kinds of reports, not only in writen format, but also in the form of graphics. It is a great tool, even to automate campaigns. It has helps us a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is not so intuitive, at least for the reporting is not so "helpful" you need to dig super deep to be able to extract/export the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help us to see what was happening, were was happening and to helped us to apply fixes and see the results of those fixes.
Powerful and adaptable system, really well built
What do you like best about the product?
Really good levels of customisation so we can adapt it to our needs. Also very well built from a data architecture standpoint. Really appreciate the levels of analysis we can do on the data
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer amount of features and funtionalit is sometimes a bit overwhelming for sales reps. The sales workspace is good, but not very customisable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to analyse rep performance much better. Also lead attribution and conversion ratios. Very little downtime prevents disruption

User experience, how the user is able to navigate to the sequence is great

Basic setup is easy, good personalization capabilities (Custom objects, custom properties)

Calculated properties are limited, some right management can be improves (Possibility to dynamically assign right by properties with a user - owner - dynamically instead of choosing fix object owner or fix owner team
