Simple, Automated & Easy Workflow

  • April 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work as an account executive for a SaaS business for the last few years now and can safely say compared to all the other CRMs I have used in my sales career this is the best one.

Its ease of use to automate some work flows, filter and categorise different prospects and putting them into lists really helps keep it all in one place.

The reporting section is critical to track KPIs so you can pinpoint where you might be going wrong or need to improve.

Customer support is always handy and quick to respond when needed. I use this solution everyday and would be lost with out it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about this product, maybe apart from the fact that sometimes the dashboards are confusing to filter or the reporting dashboards are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to track emails is key - knowing when decision makers are opening emails gives you a tell when to contact them or not. Can also tell if the prospect is being honest or not about opening my emails and if they are dishonest they are not worth working with.

VERSATILE IN ITS INTEGRATIONS

  • April 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that I can integrate my suite of Microsoft products very easily, calendar, email, my page, my booking in an easy way with a couple of clicks to implement it.

It has very useful courses for the sales force which helps it become a day-to-day tool.

The free version is also very cool as it allows you to start when it's a business that just has a small sales force and then scale it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the cost. It is very high.

Once you get into the world of HubSpot, getting out becomes a bit overwhelming because you don't want to leave due to how useful and easy it is, but when you want to start scaling and using other options that are only available in the paid version, the subscription becomes unsustainable, especially when you are just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in tracking tasks with leads, as we already have a base of 1000 leads, making it impossible to manage them with an Excel sheet. Our email is integrated and it shows me all the traceability from when I open a prospect and convert it into a client.

What do you dislike about the product?

Hubspot is very helpful

  • April 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in meeting scheduler – I use this all the time. It syncs with my Outlook calendar and saves so much time when booking calls. I don’t have to go back and forth on availability anymore.
Templates for emails – This was a game-changer for me. I can write a message once, save it, and reuse it with a few tweaks. It’s a huge time-saver, especially when I’m reaching out to a lot of people.
Real-time activity feed – I like being able to see who’s opening emails or visiting the site. It gives me a better idea of who’s interested without being too pushy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky at first – There’s a learning curve. Some things aren’t super intuitive, and I had to play around with it before I got the hang of everything.
The mobile app feels limited – It’s good for quick check-ins, but I can’t really do everything I want on the go. I usually wait to be back at my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is reminding me of my target audience and giving me analysis of who is worth chasing after.

Customized pipeline management streamlines client interactions and lead generation

  • April 08, 2025
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I used HubSpot Sales Hub for pipeline management and sending proposals. It helped me manage clients in my job. I also used integrations for generating leads on sites to HubSpot. For example, clients could answer questions about my service on the site, send a message, and then I would take the message to HubSpot to attend to the client.

What is most valuable?

The divisions for sales and the graphics are very customizable in HubSpot Sales Hub. This is important in my work because there are other forms and spots in HubSpot to identify my leads and other information about them. I used it in reports in my last company for market qualification as well.

What needs improvement?

HubSpot Sales Hub could be improved by being more affordable in other countries because it is a very potential software, but it is not much accessible for other players in the market.

For how long have I used the solution?

I had experience with HubSpot Sales Hub for two years.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

It is easy to set up the initial purchase and usage. However, doing the integrations is more difficult, and I have to support this.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate HubSpot's customer service a seven out of ten. It is more difficult with the language in Portuguese, which complicates understanding other functions. I had difficulty with this in my last company.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I switched from HubSpot Sales Hub to another CRM because the price in Brazil is more expensive.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub is easy.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I used HubSpot Sales Hub and RD Station, the CRM in Brazil. The main differences are in the investments and other functions, like customization in HubSpot Sales Hub, which is not possible in RD Station.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I give HubSpot Sales Hub a rating of ten because it is a strong platform for sales.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very easy to use and user friendly and manages data efficiently.

  • April 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that the automation features, like sequences and workflows, save a ton of time without manual effort. The email tracking and notifications are very helpful. We get to know the status of the email i.e., when the client opened the email. The dashboards are easily customisable and give great visibility into the pipeline, so it's easy to track deals and forecast sales. The interface is also clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to use even if you’re not super tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike of Hubspot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. All the data stored is very structured, making it easy to see at which stage each prospect stands and what needs attention.
2. The automation features (like sequences, workflows and email templates) had reduced the manual work.
3. Automated reports are very handy and they can be automated according to our need i.e. weekly, biweekly or monthly. These reports are shared via email to the specified team or members.
4. We can also save certain views which can filtered according to ur preference. These views can be made visible to others or just be kept private.
5. We can customise certain properties and cards to be showed under a contact which makes it even more easier to go through a client's info in a jiff.
