One-stop shop for team growth for Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's both easy to use and loaded with functionalities that improve the way in which I, as a sales person, operate. Allows me to create workflows for most things and tracks all the contact points that are relevant to my department. While its easy to implement, it has a steep learning curve for daily users. I'm using it on the daily and it offers the functionalities we need for operation of a small-ish business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It constantly asks for paid updates for functionalities that were previously free. It's often complicated to implement and adapt to various business requirements as its not very friendly. Integrating with the various platforms we use is very hard, and it has limitations often related to paid functionalities. While customer support is fantastic on its own, when required to provide workarounds for daily operations, it gets too hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving out the scattered data processes, enabling our sales team to work in a cohesive environment with all basic data points reviewed. For a small team, while expensive, it provides the support necessary to operate on the daily efficiently. Our team loves it (even while the adaptation process was very hard and it represented a big restriction on their previous processes) and it's become an effective way to keep track of all the operations we're working on as a remote team.

It is a great repository for logging and managing all your deals
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside..but would be good if there is a feature tour that can pop up once in a while for the end user to be comfortable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me maintain and track all my opportunities and deals and also gives an idea about the forecast

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way how a manager in Hubspot reaches out wanting to do meetings with us to reinforce the use of sequences and other features were sometimes not familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HS is great, I'm no software developer nor am I 100% familiar with CRM and CSM trends out there lol, can't really say what would work best, I believe its a great tool all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving our high customer demand email reach outs, its solving our re-engagement process with cold / stale leads and its also helping recycle churned accounts, its easy once you setup your sequences / workflows / dashboards , etc...

What do you like best about the product?
It has a LOT of features, it's a all-in-one solution. I can track visits to my website, get info on the people that contact me, track my leads and deals easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it can be a bit overwhelming because you see many features but once you start, it's awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's helping me solve is to identiy the source of our incoming leads. Then, track my deal pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
tbh, it's been very useful for the entire sales pipeline management, creating contacts and integrating HubSpot with other software like Outlook etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding requires training, which can be a bit draining, maybe making it more customer-friendly, espcially for small organizations that don't need to use it much and dont have dedicated resources to hire hubspots consultants.

Used Hubspot for B2C calls campaign and it was really effective

Great CRM getting quickly and running. Easier to user but less API functionality than SFDC

Hubspot CRM is easier to setup than Salesforce out of the box.

Working with their contracts team, billing team, or AE's.

Review of Hubspot after using it for about 8 months
What do you like best about the product?
This is all our company's data in one place that we access daily. I like that you can customize how the data is displayed. Hubspot has many features that we are constantly learning. I also like that many software can be integrated, but we are learning that this is costly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is almost too powerful for us as a startup. This is our first encounter with a real CRM. Accessing the data is often not intuitive. We also do not understand why many marketing contacts are labeled as "marketing" contacts automatically instead of "non marketing" contacts after syncing with out emails. It feels like Hubspot is purposely trying to get us to max out our contacts so we constantly have to data clean or pay more. We understand that data cleaning is part of the overall process, but right now, we do not understand why we constantly have to do this. Hubspot is also very expensive. We wish there was a lighter version so we could work our way up to the current version we have already purchased. List making is also very tedious.

Data in one place; basic tracking; managing the sales pipeline
It’s good for a small business but lacks a lot of enterprise capabilities

Complexity of views. Account pages are not very informative

It's details having multiple feachers allows effective data analyst. Lead tracking and analysis.

Too much details bit more complicated for beginners.
