Easy to use, and to track. Much better than I expected

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple tracking set up. The deals dashboard is also intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a bit steep. It is not that it is too expensive, but the price does add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is acting as our CRM, and it is doing a good job at it.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to automatically log emails and create persons of contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require a more premium subscription. Also, it's best to have someone on the team who really knows how to use all aspects of the platform, otherwise it could be hard to get used to it. Otherwise, it integrates quite easily with email and other prospecting tools like Apollo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads, prospects, and the deals' lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to transcribe calls in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the contacts page will refresh and rearrange the contacts

What do you like best about the product?
TrueDialog SMS integration, one-to-one and mass SMS directly inside Hubspot workflow. This is really a great feature enabling messages in the workflow.
Expanded Partner Integration, added an AI powered voice assistant for quicker resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexible pricing, Better reporting and analytics, Simpler onboarding and UI for small teams would be the improvements for Hubspot sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps in lead management, marketing automation , email tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of keeping track of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user settings seem to be a bit complicated at times and it doesn't always copy exact permissions from one user to another even though you asked it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great system to keep track of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find to be helpful about HubSpot is a way to keep deal flow organized from the initial outreach of a customer throughout the rest of the sales cycle. Especially in my role; I handle the initial communication so the way HubSpot organizes contacts & deals I'm able to clearly share information with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HubSpot is the initial amount of information that you can filter; it takes time to create views and set what information you would like to collect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us keep information organized between departments and across a deal pipeline. Additionally, it helps us send out emails and collect information as well.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales hub is user friendly. It allows for customization to fit the specific needs of the customer. it has numerous features that allow for simple workflows, and it is easy to implement. We integrated easily from sales force to HubSpot and it has been a much better user experience overall and the customer support is always there to help without jumping through hoops. We use HubSpot daily to help drive our decisions in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to HubSpot sales hub is the lead generation. I do wish there was a more simple way to differentiate a lead from a deal (similar to Salesforce) rather than going through the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture and generation, lead source, and tracking sales deals through the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot can be integrated into multiple platforms that help us streamlining our CRM for outreach opportunities. The deals section gives not just the sales team, but also the marketing team, the bird's eye view, and it makes cross-collaboration easier for both teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be a challenge to use for someone who is new to the platform or to marketing automation platforms in general. It would help to have an organised approach to onboarding that provides a step-by-step walkthrough so that the relevant team members can follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going into multiple platforms, HubSpot helps us streamline everything into one platform.
