Great experience for a small, mobile sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control access while managing the entire sales process

Sometimes the filters are limited for how we want to sort companies and active lists

It is helping us keep accurate records, even when accounts are shifted between sales people

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful element was when we had access to the autofill feature for free. We are a small company and need to be cognizant of every cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest frustration with HubSpot is the platforms inability to automatically link a contact once a new Customer is created.

Great User Friendly Contact and Communication management system!
What do you like best about the product?
It connects all our client communications so that we can keep our team updated more easily. Easy to connect to most software and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We followed the email integration instructions that just pop up and it totally broke our website and domain and we had to hire a developer to fix it - there was no warnings we ignored and then support acted like we were dumb for following the popup instructions - so that was a bad experience. But otherwise pretty good and easy to integate and use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of wondering if another team member has talked to a client and told them certain information already or just not wanting to conflict off the cuff and so now we can look in the combined Hubspot profile to see all the emails and notes of what has been communicated

Havign all my companies listed so efficiently really helps keeping track of deals

I struggle slightly with the automation, although I know the value is defintely there!

Keeping track of interactions and the contacts that go alogn with businesses

Good flow for the sales team, great insights and suggestions in the platfom.
I watched some online tutorials and I was ready to go. I could have done it without it, it's that easy for a tech guy.
I use it daily as a salesperson because I know the importance in having a CRM. I worked with others before and this is one of the best I've met.
Seems easy to implement and build from ground-up. No need to be tech savy.
Comunity is nice, you will find support for most of the problems that you will encounter.
App store is nice so you should have everything that is needed for a smooth integration.

Some things are a bit complicated like having a dynamic IP is messing with the tracking system for the emails.
Some app integrations need a super admin to be installed, and you cant do it by asking the admin to install it.

I just love the call integration. I call directly from the browser. To be fair most of the interactions with the customer are from the browser. Everything is presented in a timeline and it can also be summarized by AI

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and allows for seamless integration for all my channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside. I've been using the software for a few months and love it!

The amount of data that HubSpot tracks is amazing!

Reporting is very easy, It is easy to track deals.
Great CRM-option for professional sales cycle management
What do you like best about the product?
With an intuitive interface, it offers broad and flexible options to manage and build your sales cycle. Besides it's easily 'linkable' to many external solutions as well, which optimizes the CRM-experience greatly. Easy to use/implement with great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy if you want to use more options and 100% personalization will not be possible, as it's still a 'standard product', but HubSpot comes quite close to the 100% I must say. All options together can even be quite overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clear pipeline view including outstanding actions to be picked up. This centralizes all communication with our clients, which improves efficiency and 'one single source of truth' to a great extent.
Sales team was eager to get started!

This program is so user friendly and people are able to jump in with little to no training.

I wish features that we don't have access to in our subscription were not visible.
