New User Previously Not Familiar with CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to modify conpany Emails with my own personal verbage. I also like Snippets for quick reparative notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
After changing the layout of my Views when I come back they revert back to the old view format and I have to change them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking lead status and activity, great for following up in a prioritzed method.
Effective and Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I never used HubSpot on a daily basis until October, and it was so easy to use right away. It is intuitive to use, and I can even build sequences without any prior experience with it. Writing emails and recording activities is quick and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little finicky sometimes when entering contacts. I sometimes will need to enter a contact twice due to issues. It's a minor issue and doesn't happen too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot easily integrates with the other tools that I use, such as Apollo. Pushing contacts to HubSpot is quick and easy. It makes outbound sales efforts easy with multiple channels (including LinkedIn).
Powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
A very user-friendly user interface. Very little clutter. Customisable pages. Integrates well with Teams. Good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated dark mode (yet). It's very bright white.

Keeping track of prospects, key accounts and sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to learn and use. It's been a great way to track client data and metrics and allows all of us to access the information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some features that aren't built in, but I've been able to add custom fields to capture the data that I am wanting to for my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a central data hub for all of our contacts before Hubspot. It's been easy for everyone to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize views and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot/Microsoft Outlook plugin does not work with older versions of Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM for my company and the customizable features it has to track sales performance.
HubSpot is by far best CRM for small / medium businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box HubSpot is much more useful than a tool like Salesforce. It is easy to learn, use, and customize. The already integrated AI tools are great, and we continuously enroll in new betas as HubSpot releases new features. HubSpot has enabled us to be much more data driven, and have much cleaner data than Salesforce had previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have any negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to have a better data driven sales process, eliminate use of multiple tools, and tighten up our sales cycle.
Best All-in-One Platform for an Entrepreneur / Startup
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub gives me everything I need in one place. I've been able to easily set up deals, view my pipeline, and connect it all using docs and meeting links.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some research and getting used to, but it's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time, and time is money as a service-based business.

I love that it imports company information from the website url.

I do not like the activities I add to a deal I created under a company to be automatically associated when I create another deal.

Best CRM Tool for Streamlined Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box, it works very well, but also gives me the flexibility to adjust for 95% of what we need to for our specific business. Most of the customization is intuitive, article support is good, and customer support is generally helpful. We use it all day every day and we've had CRMs that have hindered productivity, Hubspot definitely helps the whole way through. I've found handful of things I can't do, but even then there is usually someone interested in hearing the challenge and making a suggestion to overcome it. Data imports are easy, connecting to other systems has been without issue. Even for a relatively specific set of business needs, we were up and running quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything I explicitly don't like. If there have been things that don't exactly work for us, I understand why that decision was made for most other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to bring customer service, ticketing, sales operations, lead geneation and our website under one umbrella and conect information in a way that wasn't easy to do previously.

The sales hub makes it easy to track deal, and client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are boring. It should be gamified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our team to track interactions and determine what is working and what is not when it comes to closing deals.
