What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the convenience to track the emails and activities . Been using Hubspot almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just the pricing if I'm going to upgrade it into more feautres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none for now but again as what I've said previously, it's the cost. quite expensive for an individual like me. But the free version is superb already.

Powerful tool at an affordable price

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot on daily, whether it's the CRM function or sending emails to members.I can also track almost everything I need for my business in one place. In fact, I know there are tools that I am not using yet that would probably make my life easier. I've used customer support to have questions answered in a timely manner, but I've been able to figure most if it out on my own. The knowledge base is really hepful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need the forms function to be a little more robust in order to have everything in one place.
I'm not actually selling anyting, but I do use the sales hub for the onboarding process. I need a little more flexibility with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM helps me keep everything organized and tracking conversations. I also collect online payments using Hubspot

The automations and the excellent way to segment the database
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't have WhatsApp integrated to be able to converse with certain clients

The tracking of clients. Reminder automations to sell new services to clients. Organized database.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been a indispensable tool for my practice, not only as a CRM but also to create and host my website.
The service and customer service from a large company like they has surpassed my expectations.

Great follow up. Too frequent and do not cross reference with customers already contacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ask clients and prospects to book time with me at their discretion. It saves a lot of time.

Best tool for sales & marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Lead scoring is improved much better, which helps to advance on pipeline improvement. Also, the calendar setup and notes for the leads along with the ai assistant for the writeups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently a very disappointing was the extension for Gmail. Also the price is increased quite high. Mobile version for the app is not focused much at all. Reporting & triggers has become more complicated, and a few more automation options around sequences would be handy as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its like one place where everything is integrated in my organization! Be it sales, marketing & blogs to publish. Even social media is scheduled through HubSpot. User tracking was the biggest headache, & it solved with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for 3 years now, there are many features i like about it:

1) Gen AI call summary.
2) Integration
3) Email campaign is the one i like most about.
4) Drop downs you can create as per your product requirement.
5) Notification
6) Mobile app version is also great.
7) Dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Podcast feature i find it least useful, rest all features are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking, it gets easier to check, email open rate ans response rate.
Deals Creation, you can check the funnel and deal stage.
Lead Generation.
Account Management.
Team Dashboard and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything a sales team needs all in one place! Easy to manage and easy to for teams to work together. Clear visibility throughout the whole sales process from prospect to customer. Customer support is always very responsive and it easily integrates with other software
What do you dislike about the product?
As its so indepth it requires good setup and team training and continual oversight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
true visibility of our pipeline, where people come from to find us, how long it takes to convert, average spends etc it solves the whole problem of running and managing the sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
Going through tasks is very easy. You can get through it very easy. The call integrations are also very solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is something strange about the integration with open phone. The first few seconds of almost every call is cut off on our side. I think it's just open phone though

Email tracking and easy tracking with cold calls.
