Great platform for managing sales processes and functions
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence platform is excellent for prospecting and the general interface is easy to use between the team. The customer support is excellent over email or livechat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customisation of certain things can be challenging, certain properties aren't available which can be slightly difficult in certain instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage and keep track of our prospecting over the entire team with the email tracking. We're able to customise our properties to make them relevant to our industry and help us score and track the quality of leads and prospects through the deal stages.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track deals, save contact info, learn more about the people visiting our site, sending marketing emails, integrated chat box, keeping track of customer support inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to learn about all the features right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team so having all the customer information and deal registartions in one spot is easier for everybody to look at when they need to.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve disorganised sales processes, inefficient lead tracking, and lack of visibility into deal progress. This saves time, improves team collaboration, and enhances sales forecasting, leading to better conversion rates and a more efficient sales pipeline.

Its very easy to use and allows me to keep track of my whole sales approach, easily integrates into my data provider.

there are a few things you cannot do, like bulk apply activities but easy enough to do manually

Multiple Pipelines, sales & Marekting in the same place.

Visually it's a bit complicated and it's hard to customize the pipeline overview with the needed KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
the usability of sales hub is really great. It is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. all the features are set up to support sales users to perform their best. it s great for automation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
things can get quite complicated when using a CRM and sometimes it is hard to navigate the complicated features from an admin perspective when trying to set things up or trouble shoot problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting our sales and marketing teams. we utilize bothmarketing and sales hub and the ability to seamlessly connect bother operations is great.

Being able to track the entire department's activity in one centralized platform provides complete visibility and better coordination. The efficiency it brings streamlines workflows, reduces manual tasks, and ensures seamless communication. Additionally, the level of detail it offers allows for in-depth insights and data-driven decisions. Its flexibility also means it can be fully tailored to suit the specific needs of your business, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your goals and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to connect your email through with hubspot to send and recieve through the CRM due to hubspot not support Microsoft Exchange

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the AI features. It helps building reports way easier if I can give wide parameters and then adjust without all the tinkering. They've done a great job of implementing AI into the workflow that's seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's getting more and more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track our customers at multiple sites and be able to see conversion numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I am now using Hubspot scheduling and completing removing back and forth emails with availability. My clients can easily go in and schedule a meeting and they love it

Attaching my email signature can be difficult

Remembering when to do follow ups ecpecially when the client requests one at a future date

THe use of contacts and connecting them to deals is amazing. Also the ability to collab on deals

The email-deal connection always logs me out. It doesnt seperate certain details for contacts on mulitple deals.
