Better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure and user friendly interface.

I like Hubspot to be able to reach out to many prospects at once time.

I dislike Hubspot because I believe many people identify it as spam or marketing emails and my message is not reaching my audience

Being able to send out tons of emails at once, without the manual work

Hubspot , like any other CRM, is repetitive but it is the best of the bunch.

I really enjoy being able to see if my emails have been opened and how many times. This way I am able to contact those interested with a personal phone call.

Making the reporting easier to see on the dashboard

If a lead is warm or not by the tracking available

The cost generally with the plans to get basic automation for the same cost at most other CRMs is on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to collate leads at an efficient rate whilst providing an easy way of tracking our inbox, the website enquiries etc through to creating and managing deals through the process.

An Economical Choice that Packs a Mighty Punch
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations with outlook. I appreciate how well the system captures the journey of a client. There are clear indications of where each client is. Setting up sequences is rather simple. The reporting is very simple and easy for anyone to review their metrics and outreach. It would be nice if Hubspot integrated with better ip systems like 8x8.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like come of the companions to Hubspot. Sakari is not our friend. I do not agree with some of the limitations that companies choose to place on this system. There are several functions that are "admin only" that could be more available to the company's sales members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot tells me who to call and when to call them. The various options for tasks and scheduling constantly places me in front of the right clients.

The speed and the amount of details and information you can collect on it

Sometimes you have to save the details you have changed twice
