All in One CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, ability to customize, reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen can be busy at times. The user interface is not as food as Salesforce

Tracking and Dashboard, everything is managed in a process oriented way, Flexible to modify according to your daily ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commerce automation fails a lot, Error on certain automation tasks related to invoicing and raisig quotes.

Lead Management: It helps in organizing and tracking leads effectively, ensuring that no potential sales opportunities are missed.
Sales Automation: Automates repetitive tasks such as email follow-ups and scheduling, allowing salespeople to focus more on selling.

It was very easy for me to navigate. I liked the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I had a great experience. I would use it again .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me track my tasks. I love the automation of my emails. Very easy to use.
Now they're just like the other villain tech companies

Capabilities growing so fast from billing all these unused seats!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot as that has now become just like the other hated tech companies with overcomplicated and decieteful pricing, being locked in with empty seats, and having a carousel of sales and support reps who seem to never talk to each other and not know who's on first.
I brought HubSpot to my company. I have used it other places, and convinced others to use it. You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the vilan exhibit 5000.

Keep track of leads and conversations across many different events
A great tool for Leads & Pipeline Management.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get a very clear view of entire pipeline of customers, easily helps is managing the customer engagements with the help of auomated emails & sequences. They have a great support team in case of any issues they are always willing to ge lengths to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is on the pricier side if we compare it with other CRMs in the space & some tools can get overly complicated in terms of setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot we are able to track the sales funnel pipeline, close rates, activities , engagements in a very unified manner. Its very user firendly & time saver. we are also able to intergrate our sales pipeline with our app so every thing can be managed by reps in a single space.
HubSpot is great but watch our for their pricing strategy

HubSpot is an integrated solution that enables all customer contact to be in a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing strategy when you suddenly find a feature you want will cost you $50 a month extra per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes all the spreadsheets and other manual systems out of the equation,
Best tool for lead flow management
What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy to use interface and captures most of the details in the lead from the primary source. It also captures UTM and shows it in a pre-defined way. Dashboards in Hubspot are made very segregated which helps in coming to any conclusion easily. We have also integrated it with Zoho CRM, here it helps us is automatically floating data to zoho.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few of the features that Hubspot allows access to are chargeable and their paid plan is very expensive comparing to other tool available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps in automation in my job, and reduce 70% of my manual work. It help in maintain all lead to deal conversion data at one place with all the information. Integrating it with zoho also helped us in keeping the records in the right manner and assigning owners to lead/deal to work on it.
Buggy, frustrating user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple enough to learn quickly with some tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyday I feel like I encounter new bugs with the platform. For instance, today I had to refresh my Sales Hub to make each incremental phone call since it would not load. There's always a new bug with the platform, some days worse than others.
Also, not sure why updates (to lists, sequence enrollments etc.) show up 15-30 seconds delayed, but it always makes me second guess if I've done something correctly or not. As someone who is meticulous about organization and outreach procedure, Hubspot is incredibly limited for enriching data with custom fields and using those in outreach efforts. I've been using the platform for just over 2 months, and I have an entire Google doc where I vent about frustrating experiences on the platform. It's fine if it's a one-off thing, but as I'm repetitively prospecting, these tiny details really get annoying.

Basic functionality like the LinkedIn connection is on a higher price trier, link from Contacts to Companies is clunky
