Easy to setup with multiple integration
What do you like best about the product?
It has multiple integrations and is very easy to set up without any external help
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not very knowledgeable and sometimes does not know about very basic features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot sales hub for deal management, email tracking, sales growth reporting and analytics.
Slow, expensive and inflexible
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It loads slowly, the UI is not very nice, and the system is not very flexible in terms of visualizing pipelines

Keeping an overview of our pipeline. More transparency.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is straightforward to set up, implement and use across sales, marketing, cs and ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the CRM to automatically date stamp when deals move from 1 stage to another.

Tracking deal flow and logging critical customer information.
Robust CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, and dashboards and integrations are really easy to use even for people that never used it before. For my sales and marketing teams is a great tool to work together. Build the pipelines they need and connect all the data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a little bit high. Of course, I understand that it is a very complete and robust tool, however, for small companies it can be pricy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales department is leveraging this tool to have their sales pipelines in place. Integrations with other tools + a centralized dashboard that connects all the data + automation features are the key points for them that make their job much easier to handle. Previously the team used project management tools, spreadsheets, and a lot of manual work to do all this. Now with Hubspot Sales Hub this is much easier for them.
Great Tool for Growing Sales & Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and helps automate tasks like managing leads and follow-ups. It works well with the CRM and makes tracking sales simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive for smaller teams/ startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize leads, track deals, and automate follow-ups & improving sales efficiency. It also makes it easier to manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with the marketing team, leading to better results.
Navigation, Use, Organization... EXCELLENT
What do you like best about the product?
There's so many things that I love about HubSpot! It makes my life so much easier to keep track of who I've talked to, what we have talked about, and to remember those follow-ups. Even navigating the Deals to get them through the enrollment process!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish HubSpot did was more tracking/reporting. We use some of the functions, but they don't cover all the topics that we are hoping to get some data for, so we use google forms for some other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized so we can properly help out our potential students sign up for class. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible and HubSpot definitely does that for us!

Its customizable to some extent. I like the overall user friendliness.

It can sometimes feel like a 70% solution

While HubSpot Sales Hub is feature-rich, some of the more advanced capabilities are only accessible through higher-tier plans, which can be pricey for smaller teams. Additionally, the reporting features, though comprehensive, could benefit from more customization options to suit unique business needs.

Sales management tool for all your deals
What do you like best about the product?
You can connect all your business operations with your email and calendar. You can also use AI to write emails and messages. Additionally, you can set the status of each business in the sales pipeline. The program is easy to use and implement. You can integrate all parts of your team into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this could simplify the process of turning a company into a business. It's somewhat complicated to convert it, so I prefer to treat it as a new business and do the work twice.

well, I think that mean problem that solve for us is a great visualation and management of the pipeline in sales department, you can see and move all your leads, opportunities and biz accross the pipiline very easy, and create a new biz opp.
