Hubspot has been great for us. Very easy to manage all our experiences in one pane of glass
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities are what I like best about Sales hub. We are able to easily create custom mods that interface with our existing infastructure to make sure all data is in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish making surveys was a bit easier for email interactions. We can easily automate surveys through chat and tickets, but not email yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all customer interactions to make it easy for our reps to fully understand customer needs.

Sales Hub has revolutionized the way the sales reps at my company work. It's also made it easier for marketing and sales to work together. Sequences have been a particular win.

I dislike the pricing tiers for Sales Hub seats.

My experience with Hubspot since 2023
What do you like best about the product?
The range of features it provides is suitable for various industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, maybe the customer support can be a bit fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was and have been working in sales and marketing and Hubspot CRM makes the tasks so much easier.
HubSpot proven to be both user friendly and a real time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
There are alot things which I like about the Hubspot. Starting with automated email and task remnders which help in keep the prospects engaged. We can keep a track of deals in real time, allowing me to understand where a deal is standing. Hubspot is integrated with outlook ensure all information is uptodate and we get notification as well whenever clients open the mail. It is very easy to create task and update previous task. Using it is also very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to find any downsides in hubspot but I can say that some users may find limitations in creating custom properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been hubspot for past 6 months and it's proven to be both user friendly and a time saver. It solves the challenge of managing and prioritizing leads, tracking intigration and streamling sales process, all within a single platform.
Best CRM Used so far! Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and email tracking, email sequencing and task reminders are some of the best parts that make the work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time with the email scheduling and other automations.
It's still hard to build dashboards and get valuable insights from sales pipelines

I believe the capabilities of customization were good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us hours of consultancy and we still couldn't get value from the platform. Besides, we didn't get any customer support until we decided to cancel the contract. In the end, it serves better giant enterprise accounts.

Right now, only sales enablement and sales engagement.
Hubspot is clunky

Using hubspot to store customer intent data, but it is clunky, difficult to understand and difficult to navigate.

The interface is a little dated, it is slow and clunky,

We are using it to store a lot of contact information, but it is difficult to find something when we need it.
