What do you like best about the product?
The follow up available to know in witch stage every customer is.

At the moment I want to be able to see a clear pipeline of the customers.

Seemless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a game-changer for our team! From seamless communication to streamlined workflows, this integration has greatly enhanced our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the call quality at times. While this isn’t entirely an integration issue, occasionally dropped calls or voice lags can disrupt communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up workflows within HubSpot based on call outcomes has allowed us to create more personalized customer journeys. For instance, automatically sending follow-up emails or tasks based on a call disposition has enhanced our engagement efforts and reduced response times.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability that everyone has to view what has happened with a client. It is easy to sort through the information you are looking for, such as a call, email, text message. I like that when it is linked with Hawk Soft you have a quick overview of their policies and that you can associate any call to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how when a customer has multiple numbers they use it is difficult to associate all of them with the customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us a quick place to track all of our sales pipeline, it allows us to add automation to do things that would take time for an employee to do.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features about the Sales Hub is the ability to link deals to companies and to contacts. Its a convenient reference point. Also, the email task reminders have always been a beneficial tool to ensure you stay on top of all your follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new deal, I dislike the feature "Add timeline activity" from company or contact. If the feature is enabled, it creates a mess in the company or contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot Sales Hub as a tool to effectively monitor our sales pipeline and provide senior management with growth and revenue projections. Personally, it has also been a very useful system for managing my workload and ensuring timely follow up on deals and a way to record historical engagements with customers.
Accurate and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The way it links to your Aircall contacts and you can set tasks, all info you need can be added through colums and onboarding
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, its been very usefull, However returning to the main menue i would have made easier.

Making it easier to track sales and customers, the amount of information you can store is amazinf
Central Hub for User-Friendly Sales Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly, and I rarely have an issue trying to figure out how to do something in there. I've been using the HubSpot insights function on the target accounts page lately, which lets me do a little bit of research on a prospect before reaching out to them. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things I find more inconvenient than detrimental to making sales. One aspect is sending emails; I don't feel it's the most efficient process. There are a lot of restrictions when it comes to how to send emails, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a central hub to track all sales information, solving the problem of quickly locating the data we need. It prevents us from searching through different sources.

Easy to follow daily tasks, creating sequences

The new update where you select filters for for searching of contacts, it became a bit more work

Keeping track on leads to call, follow up and records of prev calls

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started our relationship with HubSpot, almost 1 year ago, we have really grown to love it and adapt it for our business. The new interfaces and capabilities consistently introduced have provided an immense amount of versatility to our business. We are now able to track our clients better, communicate more effectively and see where our marketing dollars are best spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still wish we could be able to integrate with the CDK DMS, however, it seems like we are adapting and seeing enough benefit that outweighs the inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were having with our previous CRM is that it is outdated and doesn't keep tabs on our customer follow up. We now have a great workflow and cadence in place for customers, allowing for both our sales team and management to be able to access all points of customer tracking, input and follow up.

Customizable and easy to train on
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how I can easily create, filter and change all my different views. I can see all my contacts in one screen and can easily call, txt or email them from the same page. The customer support has been great and I really enjoy the constant updates and changes to make things even easier for my team. We use the reports a lot as well so I can easily see where there are challenges in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didnt have to use a third party programme to txt from. I also wish there was a calendar where myself and my team can add to all in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how we keep track of our potential leads and customers and how we can alter our approach to our business through the analytics.
