Sequences, and leads and prospecting views

The ABM features aren't very thorough, so there's limited processes for account based marketing

User friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The meeting scheduler widget is so handy! Super easy to use, and great to put in your email signature. I've got the whole sales team using it now and they just send the link to potential clients and let them book a call at their convenience. It was also really easy to set up and get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything new to add here. Everything has been working pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub helps us keep all of our sales prospects, leads, current clients, deals, quotes and invoices in one place. We previously used three different softwares to do this. Now everything is in one place and helps us keep a closer eye on the entire sales process from start to finish.
A system with strong tech support
What do you like best about the product?
The tech support is on spot and quick response with real human helping us to solve problems every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are scattered and hard to find once system is updated. Better if it has a finder function like Mac computer. Since it has AI now, maybe verb command (Siri) assistant?

Very easy to track our individual sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize my data in a structured fashion that is able to meet my business where I am. The GMail integration makes it very easy to track communication with my prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot makes connections between objects that I don't want it to. It would be useful if there was a setting that I could track activities to only my most recent X deals instead of the default 5.

Sales Hub makes it easy to bring new team members in and get them up and running quickly! Easy-to-use tools like snippets, templates and sequences make prospecting a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub lets you design and customize your sales process that works best for your business and then lets you set guidelines to help your team get to 100% adoption. Create the pipelines that works best for your sales motions and you're off and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to identify quickly how to improve and streamline. Easy to get lost in the weeds of all the new data available.

It handles our MQL to Customer funnel.

Because no developers are needed, there are limitations of the product that you cannot customize

The workflows are abundant and you don't need deeply technical to create and manage them

An excellent tool for teams looking to streamline their workflow and improve customer engagement. It's intuitive crm centralizes all interactions making it easy to track deals and manage relationships. The automation features save time on routine tasks, whilst tools like email tracking and meeting scheduling boost productivity. The repoting and analytics provide actionable insights, helping teams make data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CPQ process isn't great and could be imroved a lot! :(
