Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM, allot of great features to keep track of associations, communications, and contact information

The finance side and connectivity needs work, as well as the data retrieval for reporting

It has been a great tool for tracking communication and contact information

HubSpot is intuitive and integrates well with other tools. It simplifies lead tracking, automates workflows, and offers great reporting features that help optimize sales strategies.

The mobile app lacks full functionality, but overall it’s a solid platform.

HubSpot sales hub simplifies lead management, automates tasks, and centralizes customer data, improving efficiency and helping our team close deals more effectively.
Lead management has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation in deals enhances efficiency in basic entry-level tasks. Templates and snippets are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences are not functioning correctly. They require double workflow enrollment and create confusion.

It is a great tool to remind about forgotten leads and helps to identify easy opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use that Hubspot provides. As a user one can feel confident navigating through the CRM. I enjoy the pipeline features the most. The properties and object updates have gotten even better. I am excited to see what else is in storeb

I wish it was discounted! The price points been lower additional services could've been added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of deals. The automations are a blessing that saves precious minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM/Sales has truely changed the way we handle our customers. Previously we would manually handle and distribute hundreds of emails often losing track of information and having a hard time keeping up. With this system we can easily route customers to their specific CSR, keep track of conversations and other important details with notes and organize email to complete in level of importance making sure all order requests get out as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have any frustrations to be honest and that may partly be due to the fact that we never had a system such as this one before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned previously we had a lot of problems with organization of emails as we receive hundreds a day and were manually distributing. We benefit with automatic routing, organization of tickets in columns based on urgency, keeping track of important details with notes, the list goes on

User friendly, easy to personalize and essy to automate. If you compare with any other tool HubSpot has the right balance between out of the box and personalized

HubSpot allows for easy lead management, the ability to see and optimise all interactions with lead prospects in one place, and an overview of of sales success that can be understood by all teams in the business.
