Great Integrations, But Deal Creation Feels Redundant
What do you like best about the product?
It's integrations with pretty much everything else that's out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it forces you to create deals in order to see a full pipeline for companies. It's completely redundant of the company info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the status of all our customers so we can grow our business.
Easy to Use, Boosts Sales Success, User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use HubSpot Sales Hub. It's very valuable for booking meetings and crushing quota. I find the context provided on each account and how it shows all prior outreach incredibly helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy. Overall, I think it's better than Salesforce despite some occasional bug errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have calls drop or prospects can't hear me. I also had trouble logging my emails, but I think I corrected the issue. There are some bug errors here and there but overall very smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for outreach and organizing companies and prospects. It solves contact info issues and provides clarity on accounts. It's easy to use, offers helpful context on accounts, and shows all prior outreach, making it valuable for booking meetings and meeting quotas.

it helps manage our day to day. its user friendly.

it is limited based on plans. each tier should include marketing. cant have sales without marketing

I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to effectively reach a large number of leads, which is crucial for my prospecting activities. The platform significantly helps me stay organized, particularly with managing my interactions with leads and clients, ensuring that I can keep track of all my critical connections. I enjoy the 'Deals' tab because it helps me maintain an organized pipeline, making deal management much more systematic and less overwhelming. Another feature I value is HubSpot Sales Hub's seamless integration with my lead scraping tool, which enhances its usability and efficiency, aligning perfectly with my workflow. Additionally, the setup was simple and straightforward, which got me up and running quickly without any hassle.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of making modifications, such as creating new custom cards, to be quite difficult in HubSpot Sales Hub. In today's no-code environment, I'd prefer having more modifications readily available without needing to hire a developer.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize our data on active deals, allowing for collaborative and customizable sales processes, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales pipeline is excellent and very straightforward to use, while the workflows and automation features are also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the lead scoring and prospect features are overly complex and difficult to use. Additionally, I don't understand why there is an extra charge for the prospecting feature; it just doesn't seem reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized system for tracking outreach and maintaining an overview of CRM activities is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s totally cloud based and seeks to have all use cases for a small dynamic sales team defined.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s pretty expensive - we are pretty consistently reviewing barriers to exiting Hubspot ecosystem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear integration with Wordpress site, we’ve got a great sales set of workflows and it’s the industry standard so it’s great to be able to ask candidates whether they’re familiar so vet them.
Effortless Team Collaboration and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is pretty easy to use and integrates quite well with everything. It's easy to create teams and make them work together on the same platform. You can readapt things and workflows whenever you want, however you want. It was relatively easy to implement with my knowledge and the partner's.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of complicated the division between Contacts, Leads, and Deals. It'd be easier if it was one block instead of three different things. It was difficult to make it work in our company for our kind of product with these distinctions. But it's also because our product is more based on subscriptions than sales. Not easy to exploit the platform, bbecause there are way too many integrations to even start choosing what to do next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finally we were able to track the whole lead funnel and see what happens at each touchpoint. It also gave a big time saving advanntage to our team.

This feature is particularly beneficial in sending cold outreach to large databases, expanding our reach significantly. Furthermore, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very easy for our team, reducing downtime typically associated with new software implementation.

I find that the message templates could be a bit more flexible. This limitation can make it challenging to tailor communications effectively based on specific needs or scenarios.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage lead opportunities and automate sales outreach, visualizing our sales pipeline effectively, and sending cold outreach to large databases.
