Hubspot handles everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for managing my sales processes, and I can't speak highly enough about it! The platform has truly transformed the way I handle my prospect efforts and track sales cycle statuses. It's incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined my workflow.
One feature I absolutely love is the snippets function. It’s such a time saver for reusing frequent responses. The sequences function is equally impressive, allowing me to automate outreach and follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a comprehensive tool suite helping my business with sales, marketing automation and CRM. It is user-friendly and their tutorials are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to generate custom reports. Cost is a bit high for my budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing data on marketing campaign analysis leading to closed won opportunities. Portal for Sales Team's contact information, deals and status of leads and opportunities.
A Game Changer for Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
It was able to provide us a clear overview of our entire sales pipeline and sales cycle with different stages. It was easy to pull reports and have a clear vibility of different opportunities that different sales people were working on. Also if someone left the company or was on leave it was easy to see and pick up on clinet opportunities by looking through the email thread
What do you dislike about the product?
if we require more feqtures like automation, it comes with additional cost. It gets expensive too quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was easy for sales team to do email follow-ups through automated emails and sequences. It was easier to build better conversations due to tracking of email and how many times the emails are being opened as well as if the links on thye emails were cliecked. This gives good indication to the sales team whether the procpects are interedted in the products and servoces

What do you like best about the product?
I love the abiltity to create and send sequences to my contacts which cuts my sales outreach time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when I add contacts from. gmail that the first name defaults to the email and not first name.

It saves me on time and helps me keep track of all vital conversations as well as what agnecy reps which brands.

What do you like best about the product?
It's bery intuitive and east to use. I love the intergration with marketing and sales. customizable pipelines, detailed reporting, and automation
What do you dislike about the product?
the complexity when scaling up. The free version is robust but for some members on my team found the advanced features can be cumbersome

helps to streamline and organize sales pipelines and it has customizable stages and tasks
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to using a CRM and prior to this we had another CRM that functioned OK, but we recently switched to Hubspot and the amount of things I can do now vs then is amazing. I love all the automations, how easy it is to use and also being able to research if I do not know how to do something and get assistance. It is a game changer, I also love how it intergrates with so many things... so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of any downsides, I would like to be able to access more features (which are available) at another account level, but that isnt a game changer, and I am pushing for us to switch to the next level to get those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old CRM was Okay, it did its job while we had it. This has been a game changer for us!

Integration with other platforms is better than many CRM's

Limits to the compatability of other platforms we use, such as Arrive and Botsplash.

What do you like best about the product?
Dialing calls, automating your emails, and creating tasks is easy. It integrates with Gsuite. We use the HubSpot sales hub tool for our daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing time becomes very critical so I hope I don't have to deal with tasks that will be a waste of time.

It's easy to work with lead data, prioritization, and ease of use.
Good software with some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Does a good job of managing my leads, new functions with the search bar is huge, the old seach was awful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching is broken. I don't know how to explain other than as I pair down a name, it does not offer my match, but keeps irrelevent names up, it's maddening. You can't make a phone call to a number that is not a contact, so I have to create a contact if I want to call someone, takes forever. The RingCentral plug in has issues with authorization and the outlook plugin when pinned scrolls me to the bottom of an email chain instead of leaving my curser be.
