No major dislikes about Sales Hub, all works as intended

Hubspot for sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is cruicial for my day to day activities in my role as a sales person. I love that Hubspot is extremely user friendly and easier to digest information through the various dashboards. I have experience with Salesforce and find Hubspot to be much more user friendly in comparison. Hubspot actively syncs with many other applications such as LinkedIn, Gong, and M365. Customer support is extremely helpful and acts quicky on any issues they may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the limited functionality due to my companies spend with Hubspot. That is not a Hubspot issue, more of a company issue as they are not willing to upgrade their licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to have clear visibility and actionable insights in my day to day activities as a salesperson. It allows me to start my days with a clear plan and execute on those tasks.

I love the ability to easily create the space that works best for our business.

I can't think of anything I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub

It's solving the problem of visibility into each reps' work day and pipeline for upper manangement.

Tasks and customer info are easy to find and complete

Integrations can sometime be difficult to add.

They have made it easier to convert prospects into customers by having all revelant information displayed before and during interaction with prospects.

I would like to see more AI tools to streamline my lead processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized tool that allows us to manage all of our contacts. Further, I utilize forms as an potential client intake form at trade shows.
Great and easy to implement CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple ability to track contacts and leads without too much extra fluff getting in the way

I find the ability to search by phone number to be very challenging, this should be a simple search function but rarely works

Keeping track of clients and sales cycles

The organization of all your contact information which tracks every email and deal is a game changer!

The only downside is there was one program we were not able to integrate because it just didn't work with Hubspot but other than that very satisfied!

We are able to track all of our calls, keep our notes organized. It is benefiting our entire team since we can easily see the progress and notes left but the last person.

Fantastic Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot enabled our business to track deals, current clients and be proactive instead of reactive. I have used other CRMs prior and HubSpot is superior in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the lack of Microsoft Exchange support for calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is holding accountability and being able to track data for our clients.
