Best CRM for early-stage startups
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a great CRM + Sales tool for early-stage startups. It has everything you need with an affordable pricing. You can do outreach, manage your outbound and your deals all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little bit weak, but it's ok for the first few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving me the problem of having a single source of truth as a CRM while being able to provide the necessary sales features to perform my outbound activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter my tasks to certain sequences and the prospects who have engaged. This creates the ability for me to target prospects that are more likely to talk to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
the call feature will sometimes not call out correct. But I believe that is an integration issue on my end

Logging of all customer interactions in one place. Tracking of deal flow. Reporting tools. Tasks/reminders. Templates and snippets. Quoting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more automations, but i know that costs more - I'm trying to ball on a budget over here! Gotta stay scrappy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly pull all customer interactions from one place and share with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a software that allows me to easily track all of my data and automatically syncs up my teams emails. When connecting with a client, HubSpot has made it my one time stop shop allowing me to stay in the know regardless who has been in contact with the client. It is both seamless and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only disadvantage would be that sometimes emails are not automatically logged even if my email is open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using HubSpot since the day I started my role at my current workplace. It is all I have ever knows in terms to CRM's and strongly believe that it is all I will ever needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot can integrated with so many different tools and just how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for almost 4 years and I haven't had a lot that I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I'm able to integrate with the dialer that I use I'm able to save my conversations without leaving the dialer.
Streamlined Integration and Collaboration, but Pricey with Limited Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has an efficient integration capabilities with lead generators like seamless.ai. Also, the quality of reports it generates and the way it organizes the reports is good. It also helps us collaborate with your team members and rest of your organization better than other CRMs like Zoho and little better I felt it was than Salesforce. The support tools and automation helps you streamline the process upto a decent extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is higher than it should be. Also, the automation tools it does not provide the level of cutomization l expected it and generally 4 out of 10 times it the AI driven feature does not work. Also, the UI does not look fresh and looks generic instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot lets me stremline my CRM, scheduling, sales tracking and with analytics.

very simple and easy to use CRM for any sales professional. you can send auto replies as well.

pricing is too high for small enterprises. they can look at the company size and then decide the pricing.

it helps in managing the leads, shows the pipeline for future closure.
A user friendly CRM and so much more
What do you like best about the product?
Contact Management keep track of all your interactions. Email tracking and automation. I love that I can see when prospects open my email and what links they clicked on. Track the progress of my deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any down sides or any thing I dislike about HubSpotSales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved inefficient email outreach. Automates email sequences and tracks email allowing me to nurture leads and close deals much faster.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of it. Even a beginner can use this and the fact that is integrates with a lot of other things makes it perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike on a technical level but, the price point for some companies to invest in may be a little high for SME

HubSpot gave a really direct line of communication when prospecting and speaking to clients.
So far it's the best CRM I've ever used, and the Sales tool is really helpful
