What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, list importation, sequencing function.

Lack of capability on the reporting front.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's a centralized platform that integrates various marketing, sales, and customer service tools. This consolidation streamlines workflows and enables better collaboration across teams, as well as the ability to look back on previous prospecting history and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been rare, but occasionally the platform has been down and I was unable to make calls at critical times of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track my outreach data, and analyze the best times of the day have the most connections and prospecting engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
A very user friendly tool that can be synced with the CRM, we can designn workflows for sales automations which makes process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting tool isn't very robust, the round-robin lead mapping can definitly be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub let's our Account Executives smoothly track all the sales activities & workflows make it very easy for maintaining the cycle. The analytics & reportings are great as well!
Fantastic tool with tons of potential, but requires a lot of education to properly navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The reports & various dashboards you can create. Having total visibility of KPI's, deal cycles, and target attainment is key. I also get a lot of use from automated sequences and workflows. Implementing and integrating Hubspot with other sales tools is easy, and if you ever have any trouble, their customer support team are on hand to help. I use Hubspot all day every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to navigate without proper education, but that's just down to how comprehensive and limitless Hubspot actually is. Once you're used to the various tools, it does get much easier to use.

Immediate visibility of sales KPI's, pipeline, and quota attainment.

What do you like best about the product?
I dont need to put all the company details repeatedly, it automatically fetch the information after putting their website. Also after creating sequence for email reachout it manages everything from its end just we need to finish the task. It helps us track every prospects also makes us tension free for everyday reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even when the email address is correct, hubspot shows the email are bad and it gets bounced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ease the entire lifecycle of a prospect till it becomes client. Also it helps track the emails. No need to check one by one, it gives a full report analysing all the fectors. Can customise email campaigns, create deals, can directly call from Hubspot and many more which actually helping us a lot.

Hubspot doesn't care about you
What do you like best about the product?
Gmail extension, althought I am unable to filter out my email warming emails so my CRM is a bit messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a mediocre CRM with a great marketing strategy. No a/b testing directy in the platform, no easy way to download sales reporting like close rate. For a small business, they limit almost every feature/function to try to entice you to 5x your monthly spend. You end up feeling enormously frustrated.
Hubspot doesn't care about the fact that you are a loyal customer and they certainly don't care about your small business. They launched a new pricing model claiming $100/mo for sales starter, yet they won't give it to current customers who have been with them for 4 years. So my option as a loyal customer is to spend $500/mo on 5 seats on pro, when I only need 1 seat...while a new customer can get in for $100/ MAKES ZERO SENSE.

Their lack of features make it hard to benefit from much, other than them being simply a roladex on steroids. I guess I get email tracking and a gmail extension, but I could get that and much more on a CRM for a fraction of the cost (currently demoing Active Campaign).

No option for bulk message or bulk whatsapp message
