What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom objects that are offered and how they behave next to the current objects . I like that they're working towards association tags that can help us keep better track of relationships.

The only thing would be that I can't receive inbound calls if they're from Mexico. I urgently need that feature for my team

Management of deals and pipelines for my team and management of inbound leads through forms

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Hubspot is that it integrates outreach with CRM, saving me from the long delays in synchronization that can occur and data transmission errors which are common between Outreach.io and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no back button when doing tasks, very difficult to mass edit enrollment status etc.
Not deisgned for high volume activity and slow to load.
Sequencing is not as flexible around timing as Outreach.io and requires you to delete an email task instead of being able to change whther its automated or manual, cannot use a template for manual email. Overall it's terrible for mass communication, but may be suitable for an AE.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy undestand it's features and on daily basis, gives me conditions to see where to go on my routine of prospecting. No complaints about the add-ons and it's integrations. As a frontline salesperson, I don't require direct customer support, I demand form my operation collegues to support me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dissecting the platform, we constantly face issues on segmenting departments. Information oftenly are open to everybody and some of the company I've worked for had multiple CRM to divide metrics, understand it's results and better understand each point of contact.
Looking at a Kanban perspective, feels outdated. Drag and drop aren't good when looking at volume and low-touch schemes. But for Mid-touch to High-touch feels awesome. With AI Generative, I have been building briefing about companies in order to personalize approach and explore a great experience at the end point of the potential buyer.
Some features, require a Hubspot specialist and the Era of No-Code, to personalize my experience on the way I want it, should be something to consider. How to use Hubspot along my journey, could be gamefied to make me see that implementing defferent feature isn't that tough.

Tough to say. I feel mesmerized how people doesn't have interest in exploring it's features. Sequences are good. Lists are good, visualization is ok and metrics could be like power B.I., where I can custom the way for my operation makes sense. A great exemple of personalizing the experience of hubspot user could be something like. There's a queu of SDR with a cluster of leads and I could select which one I would start the approach. The priviledge of been the first and a limit of how many could I drag to myself as the demand from marketing is delivered, is a interesting POV. How someone disorganized could feel organized in the CRM? Shouldn't be easy to get back on track? To fire is always a bad idea for company and employee. So how we understand performance nowadays?

Turning a disorganized brain into a proper sale system
What do you like best about the product?
Throughout my sales career i've been extremely disogranized. Hubspot's task system acts as a second brain. I use it religiously to track my calls and pipeline. It's been easy to use and seamlessly integrated into my day. Allowing me to keep on top of my pipeline and ultimately close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with zapier and aloware have bee challening but not terrible

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking emails and being able to see when they were opened and when a link was clicked on is beyond helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that theres quite a few places to keep notes/log information. Sometimes you have to do some digging to find all of the information you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track everything I'm doing alongside what my team is doing, therefore we don't overlap in our tasks, is very helpful in my world.

Hubspot is easy to use, provides an adequate CRM experience and is great for setting up email sequences.

The pipeline isn't the best but it still works good.

It's easy to set tasks and keep track of your sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is how easy a meeting books with me, and then it is auto-created into a lead for me. I book 100s of meetings and it really helps take the tedious stuff out of it

There needs to be more customizable features.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very intuitive and easy to use, which helps me a lot in completing my tasks, as well as creating automations that help me optimize my daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any disadvantages.

The tool helps our team to prospect clients in an outbound manner, generating a cadence of tasks, emails, and calls. Additionally, we also use it with ongoing deals to track and perform follow-ups and keep the client's history always updated, providing visibility.
