What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations, tracking, and being able to see real time metrics and analytics for my performance. I have created many sequences to automate tasks and ensure no follow up slips through the cracks. This also allows me to test what emails and sequencees are working and not working. Very easy to implement in my routine and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension does not always connect automatically so sometimes emails are not tracked.

Generating tasks and tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with contacts and companies. Great export functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting module is terrible. The templates are numerous and almost completely unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can integrate companies, contacts and deals. I can track calls, emails, activities. All great. Love the automatic calculation of appropriate risk evaluation.

What do you like best about the product?
The abilty for a sales team to work in unison and swiftly to efficiently create testable email sequences and share best pracices in real time.

As a remote biz dev rep, I love that my efforts and work is tracked so my direct reports see my progress and hustle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say, but my guess is the costs could be high given the amount of tools we have at our disposal.

I've also had some issues regularly intergrating 3rd party tools (zoominfo) into HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the sales team to coordiante outreach efforts and create + test outbound email email sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using HubSpot is that it is very intuitive and user-friendly. It organizes activities by priority, which allows me to have an organized work schedule. I consider the automation of tasks and the centralization of information to be a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any disadvantage, I am very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having a complete lead qualification workflow, as this allows me to discard those who are not our buyer personas.

Hubspot for small CPG startup

What do you like best about the product?
Tools like sequences and snippets make handling a high volume of outbound buch more efficient. For my team, being able to track the frequency of email opens, document & link clicks is helpful to assess how much time and personalization we should be giving our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't love the relatinship between companies/contacts/deals. They feel quite separate from each other and make it challenging for entry level reps to keep all data organized.

I wish their was an 'inbox' for individual sales reps rather than the shared inbox. We have to be equally reliant on gmail and hubspot, but would prefer to spend 80-90% working directly hubspot.

Sequences are not easy to transfer if there's a change of role. We want to build out long term sequences to be as efficient as possible. If a team member leaves and a new rep takes over their contacts, there is no easy way to transfer ownership of sequences to pick up where they left off.

Haven't had the best experience with the success team when trying to get advice on best practices or optimization of using hubspot for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing leads & current accounts. Allowing our team to be more efficient in outreach and follow ups which has increased our capacity to take on more prospecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Training support us not good, we dont know all the benefits that hubspot can bring to the company. There is not tailor made training

we can track calls and make a trasability of the customers , so we can know how many calls are the sales team making and how much time is taking to make this calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I have all the information I need in front of me when I'm calling prospects. The tools on HubSpot are so helpful! I use HubSpot everyday and it's so easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't change anything! I have found it easy to use and very helpful.

It's helping me track data between prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features that the Hub brings to the team, including automations, task creation, calls within the platform, and the organization that the platform offers.

Today there isn't anything I don't like, as it is being very functional.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's integration with other platforms helps in getting me my data in one place and always makes it easy for me to navigate through my data.

I use hubsot daily and have never had an issue with there servers or internal issues.

There support team is always on top of things, never a bad day

It is not easy to understand if you are new to Hubspot.
