Allows us to track sales metrics. Helps to see where we need to improve ceretain aspects of our process. Allows us to aggregate data on clients to assist the process.
Hubspot really does offer everything needed for excelling and managing your business
What do you like best about the product?
I liek that the HubSpot sales Hub is very fluid. It has consistencies throughout how it operates and how it presents itself. For example, the contacts page and companies page are siliar in view and also operate on the same basis aswell.
I think another favourite feature is the option to look at a deals pipeline through different views. An view with columns and rows is useful if I want to see an overview but having the option for an alternative view of 'deal stages' has proved really useful. It is also quite satisfying to drag a deal to the next stage!
The chat feature is really useful when you first start using HubSpot as the representatives are literally there to help you through an issue.

I think it can be quite pricey, it took a while for us to delve in and purchase the hub, but, it really is an investment.
I think Hubspot offers so much for free but this is only suited for smaller businesses.
It seems the large your business is, the more purchases you have to make if you really want to use the hub to its full potenital but it really does prove to be a neccessity for us now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our different departments and users all had their own information, contact data and company data before HubSpot. It caused a real problem before when someone left the busienss with the company's data but there was no way to get that data back. HubSpot has centralised all our data and has become a one stop shop for all contacts and companies we are in contact with and also it has centralised all the useful files we use. Now everyone can upload files to the system and they are accessible to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find the leads and to track the lead's progress for sales. It is also easy to integrate all the leads from our pipeline to the HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but could upgrade the speed of the website. Sometimes it be a been lagged on the website.

I like the tasks lists it creates. I feel like I've never had to "stay organized" in my job, it just does it for me
What do you dislike about the product?
We pay for the lowest level of Hubspot as we're a starup. It makes working cross-team very difficult because contacts are "owned" by each employee and other employees arent able to see that contact and/or communication that has occured with that contact. Once the SDR books the demo, only the AE can see the deal, and that makes it hard for the SDR to do any of their own follow up.

It allows me track calls I make to my prospects in an organized way.

HubSpot Sales Hub offers email tracking and sequencing capabilities, allowing me to monitor email engagement metrics and automate follow-up sequences. This helps me stay informed about prospect interactions and ensures timely and personalized communication.
Great Marketing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is extremely beneficial to our company. I can easily manage my pipeline, log all of my sales activities and keep all of my contacts in one place. I can also assign tasks to myself and my team to stay on track. The customer support is very helpful when I have a question. The App Marketplace has several integrations to connect with other tools. I highly recommend using it for an all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the contract to use HubSpot is an annual one. I would prefer using it month to month or semi-annual options. Also on the lower packages there is not any A/B Testing feature available.

Hub Spot has helped me to effectively categorize my leads and potential customers. Previously things were missed before implementing the CRM. Follow up is simplified now.
