Flexible but gets expensive quickly
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most useful aspects of HS is Sequences. This is a huge benefit for small teams operating with large data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that as soon as you want to use other features you hit another licence barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing overly complicated, just straightforward CRM, sales pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and able to sync smoothly with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitch that needs to be fix, some contacts moved to a different owner for some reason but you have to make sure that you created the task to keep you on track.

Very Efficient and so many features.

The ease of use and the ease of tracking. Plus, the display of email chains so you can review is fantastic

It's a little cludgy when it comes to clean up, and the email notification system is slow

Hubspot was a great CRM that we used. I am sad that the company switched to sales force. Hubspot was easy to use, intuitive, and allowed us to track things that just seemed to be the smart things to pay attention to.
Best tool dor running campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The fact the it is so simple to automate email campaigns. It has so many features to make changes to the mail and then to view the data about who viewed the mail amf who did not and what linkd did the prospect visit.Also to run large campaigns it has so easy features to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about hibspot.It is one of the best apps that can be used for marketing automation and for making the sales process easier anf reachouts efficient.

It is making it a lot easier to run mail campaigns and marketing efforts.It increases the chances of getting leads from hunting activities and the chances to get more revenue.Also tje number of prospects we can reach out to.

The interface is easy to understand and browse through.

Easygoing and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's userface is very easy to understand and work my way around. I like how accessible it is to manuever, I never find myself running into any issues but when I do it is easy to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few errors that occur wirh hubspot, such as when I want to unenroll a contact; it wont let me. Another example of minor errors is when I complete a task yet it comes up again to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all my leads and points of contact as well as time between first point of outreach and meeting conversion.

I would say the best components of the sales hub are the tagging connectivity and integration with linkedin and other various tools.

the emails can be conjoined and be difficult to navigate

Too many tabs all at once can be confusing at times the interface can be more user friendly.

For me there is no downside. Not even a single one

It's an absolute joy to use HubSpot. It completely eradicates my laziness. I never get tired of using it.

It is super slick in accessing different contacts and getting their whole story in the CRM.

I think there are way too many clicks when making outbound calls. You have to go through so many steps just to make a call.
