What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface. It's almost impossible to miss out on anything which is in your pipeline. A companion helping to achieve daily, monthly targets.

Requires automagion in few more areas like changing the lead stage, star mark option for important follow ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution for us to track every progress of a lead. Different lead atages helps in differentiating our pipeline. It never creates any confusion and ultimately helps to achieve targets.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of funtionality on the HubSpot Sales Hub. Still working my way throught it. The basics however, are easy to get up and running quickly. The software integrates with most of the communication tools are were working with prior to implementing HubSpot. The software allowed our team to combine sales and marketing efforts into one platform easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diffence in price between the basic platform and the pro platform is huge. I need something in the middle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple marketing platform for communitcating with our small network of dealers. We have about 1500 customers we communicate with monthly. This allows us to track our marketing success and emplement in our sales efforts as well.

The experience of both synchronous and asynchronous service.

The logic of creating chat flows, in which the design and logic make maintenance and development difficult.

HubSpot is a great tool to monitor tasks, remind about leads statuses, and monitor team activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI of the system could be a bit more modern and fresh.

HubSpot solves my problem about task tracking, leads tracking, reminders about scheduled tasks related to the leads and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
After using Hubspot for some time adding sales was very easy! Intergration is flawless and there customer support is decent!

As with alot of Hubspot products I fine the UI abit dated.

We needed a good solution for our sales team to use alongside our marketing team it made sense to use somthing compatiable.
Looks promising but ends up being rather limited

Robust for sales teams working together, well thought out pipeline and lead flows, simple to get started (but not simple to setup).
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are unavailable or limited even after paying for professional. This has require us paying and integrating other tools to be able to send text messages, emails, phone calls, automations, calendaring, website, email responses to advertising and contact forms, etc. Many of the features or functions we have found included in many competeting solutions aren't available in HubSpot such as automations (workflows) sending webhooks, being triggers off of webhooks, sending auto emails to Paid Ad forms, etc. We found ourselves constantly being disappointed that Hubspot features were unavailable and going off Hubspot to find effective tools to accomplish sales. Our team runs into "upgrade to use this feature" so often, it seems more like a free trial even though we're paying for the Pro level.

HubSpot provides a CRM to track most sales activity (after integrating with multiple other tools).
