Poor Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
There are unlimited sales and marketing automations that you can create through HubSpot, and the platform makes it easy to track your sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to get in touch with customer service, which is absurd for the price tag. Our organization was promised a designated customer service representative, but still made us wait several days to get in touch with whoever was available. Tried to cancel our membership and didn't get a response for DAYS, then HubSpot auto renewed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot made it easy to track our pipeline and analytics, but impossible to get customer service.
Easy to use dashboard!
What do you like best about the product?
I use the dashboard everyday to track my sales against other agents in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here. If I ever have a issue with a task, I contact the customer support who guides me in the rigt direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps track my email to meeting to sale conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to navigate between deals, companies and contacts and the ability to include plenty of details accross each of those attributes is very simple and seamless, alsmost any experienced sales peron can use it natively without even being trained.
I personally can't live without it during my working hours. I use iit alsmost every day.
We were previously using Pipedrive and decided to move to Hubspot because of the diversity of features that completely fit our business. The integration using the Hubspot Pipedrive plugin took some time but in general Hubspot did a good job and continously enhancing the plugin.
Support is always there and there is plenty of mateiral online.

The interface needs uplifting in terms of colors and display which isn't a big deal afterall for such a transactional and operational solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I really apprecaite that my Sales Team has a good grasp of the tool and an eagerness to work with me in getting campaigns out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not crazy about how often it asks me to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped improve our email open rates. Contacts are much more receptive to these than regular HubSpot emails.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the tracking and note-taking. HubSpot allows you to email customers directly from their profile. You have visibility of all touch points; it's a historical paper tail. You can set yourself tasks to track your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I am a newer user so I am still discovering all the tricks, I'd like to see more options for syncing to ServiceMax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a big assistance tool for tracking the progress of my day-to-day workload. It provides an overview of deal activity and insight on the status of various projects. It's a great organization tool. We are also working on further automation with email marketing and this will be a game changer.

It's just a CRM, the prospecting feature is not so robust like in other platforms.

3. Support for hubspot and non-hubspot forms. (non-hubspot forms are quite useful when we integrate with website builder tools like webflow or wordpress).
4. Workflow automation - Reduce repetative task by creating and automated workflows.
5. Anlytics - Get insights for sales analytics abut website performance, number of pages visited etc.
6. Support for creating user defined fields that can be use with non-hubspot forms.

I am using hubspot since last 8 months and I encounter one flaws in it.
Customization for Hubspot forms are limited, like styling hubspot forms inside a website builder tool is complex, so we need to go with non-hubspot forms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using a tool for website builder and I need to capture user details who are visiting my website, so I use hubspot for that. We also capture details like demo contact forms, bootcamp details registration etc, for that we are using hubspot forms.

Hubspot is for marketing teams, but not saas sellers
What do you like best about the product?
Its good for marketers, they have nearly every feature a marketer would want. But that does not mean it should be paired with sales at the same time. Hubspot is easy to get started and that ease makes early-stage founders think they should operate their sales teams out of this rubbish platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales, while boasting a user-friendly interface and strong marketing integration, falls short in its customization capabilities and overall usability, making it a less compelling option compared to industry leader Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub promises automation, organization, and insightful reporting, but unfortunately, its limitations in customization and data management make it unusable for my complex sales process, leaving me stuck with spreadsheets and outdated tactics. Despite its potential benefits, I can't reap them without a platform that adapts to my needs.
