What do you like best about the product?
Easily organize leads. Helps manage sales and workflows. really easy to use and find contacts you worked with. Works well with Aircall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deals could be better. Also, reporting is limited with our version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing leads, tracking contacts and logging all communications easily.

Unable to see the customers sales numbers.

Helps to tie 2 accounts together that otherwise would be considered 2 seperate accounts.

Easy to access happy about the Export and Import
What do you dislike about the product?
Facing issues while uploading industry wrongly mapped, revenue wrongly mapped and address also mapped wrongly it causes more problem.

Multiple filters give wrong results need to fix.

While doing export missing few fields

What do you like best about the product?
Your agility in managing my clients, and being able to generate emails in sequence easily and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems fine to me. Perhaps being able to customize business proposals in a more complete way, it's great if more colors and designs could be linked as templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its integration allows the free process to link my corporate account securely.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow and sequences are good especially the reports is get in sequences

Data duplication is an issue with every CRM, and HubSpot should give more options to mitigate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One dashboard to see how our SR/BDR do calls, send emails and interact with prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It is not just a CRM like Salesfore. It is not just a sales enablement tool like Salesloft. It is not just these two things combined!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional gliches (usually get sorted quickly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing deals and conversations from the very first stage of outbound to customer support and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use other programs to integrate to Hubspot and make it feel seemless. It can be converted in a one stop shop where you can do anything from Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some bad experiences where certaing Steps ina sequence get stuck and I realize it too late. Then I have to create a ticket. Although the ticket is resolved within 24 hrs just the hasle of frequent;y having to create it bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to have seperate programs /software since Hubspot integrates so well with the great majority it saves me time and makes me feel a sense of organization since I dont have to open a new tab and loggin to another program.

Ease of use and number of tools for Sales, including smart automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Could propose templates of structure to organise a sale team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation in sales. Often have to manage loads of contacts and reminders to call or write back to customers. Not easy with the quantity of leads. Hubspot allow to keep control and program automation to send the message automaticly and stay in touch with leads. More over it's important to schedule demonstration and the calendar help to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s new AI assistant makes prospecting easier by helping draft emails and suggesting follow-ups automatically.
The updated Sales Workspace feels cleaner and faster — everything I need is in one place.
The mobile app is much better now, so I can update deals and tasks easily when I’m on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be more flexible for smaller teams.
Quoting and order management still feels a bit complex.
More simple customization options would help non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its very use for customer data managment for sales purpose. also customer support and creating new businees.
