Efficient and Effective Software
What do you like best about the product?
Having all companies and contacts along with a salesflow in one place. My pipeline and notes are no longer scattered across sveral softwares, documents, and sticky notes, everyting is in one place with easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocasional bugs and glitches can be annoying but any issues are usually resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking has been a very beenficial tool along with tracking other analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is very easy to navigate. It's features are very useful for my daily work routine. I believed it is integrated with systems that are user-friendly so that no matter the frequency to check all the details of the leads there is alway an avenue to edit and correct the information necesssary for the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would say an opportunity to improve for the Hubspot Sales Hub is that there are areas that can no longer be edited once it is overlooked upon entering the details of the leads. One of the example is the Lead Source Detail so whenever it is unfilled then what's going to happen there is no more way to put the information to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say whenever there is an email thread following to a lead. It is easy to monitor the progress as to the status of the leads.

TO be honest all is perfect, nothing i can state is negative or i dislike

Very simple UI, mostly intuitive, for a small GTM team it nicely does the job
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to A/B test sequences and templates could be a huge bonus. The template feature could also be split out from the "conversations" tab and put under the sales tab to keep the two sets of templates separate, otherwise you generate a lot of crossover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice lite CRM; good for outbounding, the deal centre is also decent. Does what you need it to do.

What do you like best about the product?
So for me, since I'm in SAAS a lot of my work involves prospecting, It is a great prospecting tool and it really helps keep you on routine
and in check when it comes to follow up's and making sure that you're on top of a prospect with the help of sequences. And the email automation just makes sense!
Customer support is super on point, I love how I can get in touch with someone from the HS team immediately on chat.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is the mobile app limitation, but it does feel less feature-rich and user-friendly. So for me, the Frequency of use is a little low on the application.
Another drawback is the fact that you can't add companies to a sequence and you have to add the contact. For me, my contacts are imported as companies and I have to go into the company and add the contact into the sequence. Which is a bit tasking but can be worked around.

What do you like best about the product?
Our firm uses Hubspot on a daily basis when it comes to managing our sales pipeline. The management team frequently looks into dashboard/reports to see how well the sales team is performing. Hubspot has plenty of app integrations you could utilize that would make your workflow more seamless (from intent lead generation and database solutions to your everyday workspace apps). As a user, it's easy to understand the use of contact forms and easy to implement tasks and keep track of progress. But if you are a first time user, HubSpot academy has all the resources you'll need to learn how to get into the thick and thin of things. Outside of the academy, customer support has also been easy to reach and have been responsive to our concerns regarding process automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the admin side, the setup can be a little less intuitive, requiring a substantial amount of HubSpot knowledge to be able to fully utilize its customization aspect. Outside of enterprise level access, it can also be a bit difficult to fully customize your account according to your firm's workflow (adding a caveat that HubSpot has done their research into managing the entire sales pipeline, so most of the locked features are for your benefit). Creating multi-dimensional reports also leaves much to be desired.

Managing customer relationships for the entire sales pipeline. Automating outreach. Tracking sales progress and reporting performance.
HubSpot Sales is definitely getting better
What do you like best about the product?
The new Prospecting dashboard has been really useful to keep track of my pipeline and the sequences I have running.
I am also really happy with the new Sequences setup. Now, they provide more analytics per sequence but also per email within each sequence. The analytics have helped me determine which is the best messaging and which are the emails that need improvement.
Overall, the product has improved in the last 6 months and I'm hoping it will keep doing so.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think some things could improve for Account-Based Sales. It's difficult to get an overall view of how an account is doing, and not just specific leads. Having a dashboard per account with a summary of how many email opens and phone connects you've had would be really useful to determine next steps. Otherwise, you have to scroll and scroll in the activities tab to get an "overview" of what's happened so far. Or write notes consistently...

HubSpot allows me to keep track of my pipeline, and the reports dashboard it's really useful to make sure I'm reaching my KPIs.
