What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is user friendly and has proven to be a quality product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot call manually using the integrated dialler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to manage contacts properly I can engage them specifically based on my purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of calling and sending emails. It gives me the ability to reach out to more prospective customers

What do you like best about the product?
So many options for increased productivity. Love use of snippets and seamless integration of emails with lead records. Creating tasks and automated reminders especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sms do not auto record which makes for a manual process - slows me down

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot Sales Hub is the task section. This section allows me to easily filter through leads that match my goals. I use Tasks every day. Another helpful feature of HubSpot is the Deal section. This section helps keep all of my ongoing deals in order and helps me visualize my sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts page can often get jumbled and confusing, making it difficult to narrow down the leads I would like to put into certain tasks. Along with this difficulty, when I go to the second page of contacts, all selected contacts from the first page deselect. In the tasks section, you can double up leads by putting contacts into multiple queues which often makes the task section messy. This can be managed with regular maintenance of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot brings fresh leads to me which enables my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating contacts, the app integrations for calling, the templates, and the option to create and modify meeting links, and there are too many things to count. I want to say something negative but they roll out features and updates that people can get behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really can't think of something I dislike.

The option to reach out to many prospects seemlessly

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is designed for sales reps to have the tools they need to perform the best-- and to make their jobs easier. Too often, some of the old-school CRM platforms are perceived by reps as a tool they are forced to use to roll up data. Also, because Sales Hub includes simple quote generation, price books, playbooks, sales analytics, and cadences all in one place, it is far more usable than disparate systems. And finally, updates and new features are frequently added for free, so you log in and get nice little surprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Sales Hub, but I look forward to more sophistication in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives our team a full suite of sophisticated tools, makes our reps more effective and happier, and enables us to scale our functionality as we grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can email our customers direclty from within hubspot and how I can have tons of different templates for each email. I also love the chat feature hubspot has!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think hubspot could do a better job with sales analytics to help track conversion, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are trying to do a better job with their metric system. I noticed they added in a few features - such as showing how many clicks/ views per email template.
