What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking leads and closed won deals, as well as finding context to target prospects. I really appreciate its deal pipeline visibility because it allows me to see where past leads stand and pull up past conversations. It also effectively stores conversation and relevant data points for leads. I find it valuable for maintaining a clear overview of my sales activities.

pricing is too much to add more seats

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to communicate with clients, manage support requests, and onboard new clients, and I find it very easy to use. It helps me keep everything organized efficiently. The built-in AI is particularly helpful as it makes it very easy to build reports, dashboards, and track metrics for campaigns. Additionally, I really like the workflows and all the automation features because they save a lot of time and improve client communication and the overall client journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I had in the past is the option to connect to n8n due to authentication complications. HubSpot is aware of this and they are already working on resolving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub makes managing all clients easy, with tickets and communication organized. The built-in AI simplifies building reports and dashboards, and workflows save time while enhancing client communication.

I spend a lot of time reviewing deals with the team and understanding what is moving forward and what is not. HubSpot Sales Hub makes those conversations easier because the information is already structured. During pipeline reviews, I can open a deal and see recent activity, notes, and next steps without asking the rep to explain everything from scratch. It helps keep discussions focused and saves time during team check-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the default views do not match exactly how I want to review the pipeline, so I need to adjust filters or create custom views. It is flexible, but it takes a bit of setup to get it right.
