Very easy to use and super effective

What do you like best about the product?
I love how every metric is tracked so we can use that data to make certain adjustments for our marketing department. The fact that multiple users can access and make changes to it makes sure that all people involved in a particaular prosepct are up to date on the progress of that job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compatibility that it has with our oher softwares. There are issues integrating all the information from one CRM to another, which we have to do manually. It is still being worked on by your support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has started to integrate their software with our other CRM's. It's not 100% effective, but progress has been made in the last few months.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the KPI's listed at the top way more. I have spent alot of time putting that together myself but it makes things extremely transparent when I Have my meetings with our founder. Also the Customer Support
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the metrics are as accurate as they can be. I wish that there was a way to clean them up easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation part makes it so much easier for me to do mass reach outs and being able to track opened email activities helps a lot with qualifying clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using hubspot for 2 years now haven't faced any big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of setting sequences makes it easier to reach out to a larger audience. I've seen more leads converting if they are placed in a sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to salesforce, I like how easy it is to organize deals into different stages, as well as set follow-ups after sending emails/making notes. This workflow increased productivity and made it easier to plan my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to work flow such as tasks being automatically completed when you make a note ("Save and Complete"), meaning I have to go to the tasks after and mark the task as not complete when I want to re-use the same task name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were working out of an excel spreadsheet before, now finding customer data and making sales activities is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so incredibly well-organized. I have tried other CRMs before, and nothing beats the effectiveness of HS for me. It is very easily implementable into your organization's workflow. I haven't personally used their customer support, but i've heard nothing but great things. Great feature set, and it is part of my everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for Openphone to be integrated into HS better, i.e. incoming calls show up on HS versus having to have OpenPhone open on the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to organize our entire sales pipeline, from emails + calls + LinkedIn tasks to deals

What do you like best about the product?
Love that i can do calls, send emails, and create sequences all in one platform!

The activity part of contacts/deals could be a bit more organized.

Its pretty much a one stop shop for me as a sales developer from calls to emails to sequences.
