Best CRM we have used
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use was a big talking point for my business and we decided to give Hubspot a go as it was a new piece of software we hadnt come across but we are very glad we did as we are now using it everyday and run the business through it. I would recommend Hubspot to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is slightly high but as we have grown using Hubspot we can see the benefit in using the system and are now happy with the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving the issues we had where we wanted all of the tools for the business in one place that was easy to use and easy to get support if we needed it.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff, was amazing - really understood the importance of growning with busines.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, but a suggestion, let new clients know where they should start on the floor to get basic info.

the staff at the sales hub were so informative, with answering all of our question and pinpointing all our needs to explain why hubspot would be of benefit to us. Amazing !!

i did not dislike anything. they verbalized what my ceo and i were thinking so well and understood what we needed , without great communication on our end. great listening

How easy it is to use as a user but also as an admin

All the properties being on the left hand side. However with the new custom cards this looks to change!

The reporting and supporting tools promise the world, but if you have customised in anyway - it near impossible to use the output reporting

The meeting calendar link is a great feature.
Sequences are great too.
Templates - snippets are amazing too.
Logging of activity. The different layers of working is easy to understand once you have the hang of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that analytics and data is lacking customisation.
If you're not a HS nerd like myself, conversion rates, avgs are hard to get without pulling out a spreadsheet aswell.
