What do you like best about the product?
I like how SalesHub enables so much automatation, The best thing is we can pivot and change direction so quickly because it requires no code and no developers. I automated a whole customer journey in a week that was worth 1.2m to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about SalesHub is convincing others of its worth! At first glance you can have CRM snow-blindness if you're not used to dealing with tech. But it doesn't take long for people to learn :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesHub is helping me to solve the problem of how to coach our coaches. The data I have available to share with my Sales Team Leaders so they can coach their reps is invaluable.
Simple, easy to use Sales management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to implement and extremely customisable. The addition of workflows, sequences and scoring allows us to get a CRM that truly relfects how our business operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but the custom objects seem to be the answer to all the issues we're having. Every time we have a problem, the workaround seems to be custom objects. It makes the platform complex to handle for non-expert hubspot users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows us to support the transfromation our sales team is going through by bringing lead management, pipeline management, reporting and analytics. it gives them access to data they didn't have before
Getting value, still learning
What do you like best about the product?
seems to have good calendaring features, although have not been able to leverage them a ton since people seems to like the personal touch. haven't used competing platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult sometimes to understand what features I have or don't have because the platform seems to change a good bit and somethings are open or locked in a somewhat unexpected cadence

really do enjoy managing our sales pipelines and dealsk, helping us visualize where we are in a sales process and what needs to happen next. also keeping track of our leads and where they are in our communication cycles is helpful

Only enrolling one contact into a sequence at a time

HubSpot is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to visualize the deals in the stages. We call it the Waffle View vs. the Pancake View.

I wish the emails that the teams recieve in outlook would reference the deal associations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our operations teams know information from the sales team without them having to reach out individually for it. Better communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub allows sales teams work more effitiently with the same goals in mind. The pipelines provide real-time understanding of where each of their clients are in the sales process, tasks help them stay on top of there prospects, and reporting give sales leaders the data they need to help them grow revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub's calendaring feature could be more customizeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales allows us to see the complete lifecycle of a sale, and understand what occurances are taking place with leads. This also helps inform our marketing efforts to better understand how marketing is affecting acquisition.

The CPQ is poor when you need to send to more than 01 quote approver

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface and the use is very intuitive. The native integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 works excellently and simplifies the life of the salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely necessary to improve the management of meetings, because it is not possible to modify the status of the meeting directly from the new prospect dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my sales pipeline and manage the sales team by analyzing the performance of each SDR. Creating quotes is very fast!
Hubspot for Sales Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot takes away those time sappers of sales, allows automated emails, repetive paragraphs in emails are gone with snippets and great insights on custoemr behaviour on our emails and links
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are it is not fully customisable on the UI as other CRMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us greater insights into rep activity and deal progress, it also allows us to focus on dceal sprints to increase revenue.
