It's very helpful I was able to manage my work on time

it's great in making tickets doing some tasks

sometimes it lags and it make some error messages but not often

What do you like best about the product?
I like that every email ins automatically tracked, as well as all the documents, MNDA, agreemnts signed so you have all the info send and the progress under one single contact linked to a company. Saves a lot of time and keep your work organized
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesnt get updated that fast on the task i need to do so even if i finish them, sometimes it says i have open tasks to do, so it creates 'noise' on the sales team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keep documents organized and in one single place, keep emails tracked, to monitor engagement with my clients, create deals and keep quotes tracked, assign tasks to my different teams

Well organized and smooth performance while working through it.

Call feature can imporoved as the logging feature is flawed

I love the sequences. They have changed the game for my prosepcting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still multiple repeatvie steps to complete the same task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to enroll a list of prospective clients and let the system do the leg work. It's great and has freed up tons of time for other focuses.
I would say Hubspot helps me stay accountable.

The reminders and the ease of access. I also like that it helps me stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have anything like Docusign or invoice

It solves my need to keep track of prospects I have reached out to.

I love that I can manage my tasks efficiently! It helps me to get my work done for the day and reach out to all the people I need to.

I don't have much to say about disliking hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to see how productive I am being in a given week. It shows me my stats and helps me to know my activity is up.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features i use most is tasks. I am big on follow up, so the tasks are a great way to stay on top of follow up, especially when having thousands of contacts. I also like how I can specify the urgency or type of task.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be possible to adjust in admin settings, but I do not like that an email is quired in order to create a contact. Sometimes i communicate with people over phone or various other platforms and i'm not able to create a record of them in order to follow up. Ideally would like to to be able to create a contact without an email requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of hvaing to only do cold outreach. being able to capture info from site viewers and visitors swith questions creates a lot of "inbound" leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is very user-friendly. We have been able to customize it to fit the needs of our company. The automation you can implement through workflows makes the job so much easier. The workflows are user-friendly and easy to implement to keep all our deals in working order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con that I can think of at this time is that there is no Dark Mode! Every other application I use throughout the day has a dark mode, so when converting back to my Hubspot screen, it is quite a shock for my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is keeping all our deals on track with all the different items needed for the deals all in one place. It is very convenient to be able to navigate to the deal and be able to find drawings, quotes, invoices, and notes for that one deal all in one place.
