Daily driver of the sales team!
What do you like best about the product?
Company details enrichment feature. As soon as we entered a company email of a lead, it enriches with other company details such as company name, location, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complicated due to so many features. But will get used to it after the learning phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically the CRM and managing all the details and activities about prospects on Hubspot.

Just the price, it continues to get more expensive.

HubSpot Sales Hub is solving so many problems for us right now. It has allowed us to keep everything in one place and have true lead tracking through every step of the process.

The interface of the webstie is user-friendly and provides all the functions that I require.

The learning curve is difficult to overcome and requires continuous improvement.

HubSpot Sales Hub assists firms with improving customer relationship management, streamlining sales processes, gaining important insights, improving collaboration, and adapting to changing business needs.
I use Hubspot on a daily basis because helps me manage my customers almost effortlessly.
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily. It makes it very easy for me to manage my contacts. I like how it easily integrates with MS Outlook, and automatically logs my emails for all my clients. That's one less thing I have to do. It's also straightforward to use and access the data. I love making a call on my mobile device and then having a screen pop up where I can jot a few notes, hit enter, and get the call logged quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are few. I honestly can't think of anything to criticize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of keeping track of my leads and the activities I and my team perform with each contact.

it's simple to use and understand, complete and the academy is quite a good motivational feature to improve

Decent Enough
What do you like best about the product?
The interface was very nice and fairly intuitive, and the reports came out nearly exactly the way I needed them. The system was simple enough, especially for a free version of a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep in mind that my comments relate solely to the free version! I found the data entry tedious because I couldn't connect to most of my management software, and I ran into a few kinks with it connected to my Outlook and had to discontinue that practice. My staff were not overly fond of the product as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was intended to serve as a CRM for my staff because we have information coming from so many sources. However, in the long run, we found that it did not do the job efficiently enough for what we needed. Again, keep in mind that we were only using the free version available to us.

Integration with tools that I use is extremely valuable.

The calling feature. the need to have a tab open to receive calls.

Sreamlining my whole day. Allowing me to achieve more.
It’s a good sales tool for email marketing, saving sales leads info, etc.
