Time-consuming task automation and lack of functionality for automatic association of different objects or association of the same two objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales allows me to manage all sales processes, improve and automate them to simplify them, reduce user friction and save salespeople time. It also provides me with all the analytics I need to constantly improve our processes.

A little stringent around setting up filters to pull out accurate data.
Difficult to export data out of the tool.
Email formatting is not so great through Hubspot.

HS helps us with recording and analyzing important data points encountered in the sales process. We are heavily dependent on HS as a single source of truth when looking at sales/mkt data.

What is our primary use case?
I am a sales professional and I use the solution to manage the pipeline of my prospects and customers. The solution helps me to keep track of my progress and know how much I have made for each account. It also helps me know the response I got for each account, the stage of the deal, and whether it is likely to be closed.
What is most valuable?
The solution makes it easy for you to log in and manage your pipeline. So pipeline management is very easy and simple.
What needs improvement?
The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with the solution for four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the solution's stability an eight out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is highly scalable and I would rate it a nine out of ten. My company has 50 users for the product.
How are customer service and support?
The solution's customer service is good and quick.
How was the initial setup?
The tool's setup is complex because setup involves being trained to use HubSpot as well since you have to know what are all the features there and how to use those features in the best way possible for your work. We have deployed it on the cloud.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate the product a nine out of ten. If you want to use a CRM, use HubSpot since it is super easy to use. It is not as complex as Salesforce and will solve all your problems.
Great For All Sales Team Members
What do you like best about the product?
Features & functions for all members of the sales team. From automation and sequences for SDRs/BDRs, to calendar pages for booking appointments for AE's and Deal Tracking for Directors and VPs, HubSpot Sales Hub has everything you need in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the sales sequence functions that other systems may have. The click and open tracking is not always accurate, and often causes emails to go to spam in prospects' email servers

Marketing and Sales templates and sequences can't be shared between them

Best Database CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot 1 because they always alert you when they have updates, webinars. Storing information is easy so that in case i am out of office, a colleague can do my work quickly without having to call me. Awesome, wouldn't you agree?
What do you dislike about the product?
The only change I would recommend is, the date when a note has been added; it should save the date. Writing dates for each new comment is a bit hectic, but Hubspot for the win.

Easy access to information for the entire team. Anyone even outside the country can be able to access the same information.
HUbspot & Sales go Hand in Hand
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot organizes information in many different ways. My favorite search methods are by company, deal, account, contact information, and reports. The reports and dashboards are easy to read and organized effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can look overwhelming for a beginner. It can look a little chaotic. Once you dive into Hubspot, there are ways to learn from Hubspot, and the support team is accommodating and quick to respond!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot tracks my communication with clients and keeps it all in one place. I can easily dive into a company and keep track of where the company is at in the pipeline and plan ahead for future tasks.

I really appreciate how this application was designed since it has everything that I need for a CRM; you can do everything like calling, email tracking, messaging, etc.

No problem has been encountered as of now. This is a very helpful application, and I would not ask for more. I highly recommend this to all sales person!!! Great app
