What do you like best about the product?
Convenient to use, I think everything else in it is all right.

I didn't find qny so far, everything has been good.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that th templates can be personalised. It makes life so much easier when you're reaching out to alot of people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, sometimes the Chrome extension Surfe doesn't sync right within the 'notes' section but could be a Surfe problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to keep track of our clients and the many different moving parts of our business!

Great and easy to use CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is unparalleled from other products that I've tried. There is a lot of depth to the product but tutorials and wizards to walk you through most of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the depth of the tool can be overwhelming when adding things like connecting your email accounts. Features get enabled automatically that require a bit of digging to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contact management features for our customers, vendors, and partners is terrific. There is a ton of customization available and a lot of data that gets captured on their profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the many benefits HubSpot Sales Hub has to offer. Its advanced technology gives us access to detailed analytics about our website, advertising campaigns, and other online activities; it helps us consolidate our social media, paid advertising, and form data so that our marketing team can organize it more efficiently. In addition, the CRM platform acts as a hub for all customer-related information, which is now accessible throughout the company - allowing each department to better collaborate by streamlining the process of sharing valuable facts and figures with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that navigating the HubSpot Sales Hub can be difficult for sales reps who aren't familiar with its features. Training opportunities may be limited depending on your company's resources. The customization and filtering requires deep technical knowledge that may not be of much use to non-developer users, leading to confusion about all the terminology used in this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Sales Hub, I no longer have to mark someone's name on my calendar as a reminder every time I need to contact them. The platform's sequences save me a lot of time by sending mass emails with predetermined intervals and pre-written text.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales hub is being able to have all details of contacts at one place. Calls, mails, notes everything that one can need to reach out to prospect can be at one place through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful is that for some properties datestamp needs to be created separately and is not a feature that is there already. There are a lot of things that they are trying to improve in Hubspot with there new version now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is able to solve the problem of having data all at one place and tracking interactions with prospect from multiple channels in one place. There are so many activities that one can automate with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The centralization of all sales aspects - email, tasks, campaigns, web knowledge and granular detail. It makes for a more efficient effort in almost all ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still requires a pretty good HubSpot training education to manipulate all your data and get all the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrates functions and reduces redundancy. Provides excellent intelligence on web behavior with proper alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub seamlessly integrates with HubSpot CRM, which serves as a single source of truth for all customer and prospect information. This integration ensures that our sales teams have a complete view of our contacts, communication history, deals, and interactions. It enables me as sales rep to provide a personalized experience to prospects and customers, enhancing the quality of our interactions.

The ability to customize and create unique sales pipeline stages or complex workflows may have some restrictions. Advanced customization features may require technical expertise or higher-tier subscription plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides a centralized platform for managing and organizing sales activities, contacts, and deals. It helps sales teams streamline their processes by providing tools for contact management, deal tracking, and task automation. This organization ensures that sales reps have a clear view of their sales pipeline, allowing them to prioritize and manage their activities effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very efficient in terms of managing my leads. It is so easy to use and everything is already there. I will definitely promote this CRM application to my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences so far in my first 6 months of using this application. It's so helpful and efficient. I don't think there is a need to change with this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the emails provides me a hint if the leads have an interest or not. Also, you can easily extract the information thru Excel and have a demographic or sales insights

What do you like best about the product?
When my organization has transition from our old CRM to HubSpot, I was a newly hired then, I thought it would be difficult to adjust, and it is so crucial to learn new things at that time but Hubspot makes it easy actually and my perfomance was an evident even as a new employee. It was so easy to navigate that I was deliver my task and complete them in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have to log in twice or so because it won't read my google account or maybe I have a slow internet that it makes Hubspot difficult to recognize my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of research and data entry that sometimes I need to check and review the things that I have accomplished and Huspoy allows me to track my research project once again to make change.
