What do you like best about the product?
The new HubSpot prospecting feature allows you to see you daily progression throughout all of your tasks. No task is left undone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel at times HubSpot is trying too add to many features.

Hubspot: A crucial tool for our e-commerce business

What do you like best about the product?
HS helps our e-commerce start-up succeed by generating leads, planning and executing customer outreach, and ultimately closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better organization of sequence scheduling (number & timing) would help our small sales team to be able to make as much outreach as possible without hitting our ISP's (Google's) limits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to systematically filter and contact campaign-appropriate leads is crucial to our business. I haven't found a better CRM platform with all the marketing and sales integrations and resources we need to initiate contact and close deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature keeps you up to date on your leads. The ability to adjust the filters is great. The deal revenue count is helpful for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes filed are not relational. The relationship between units, contacts and deals neds an update.

The intuitive interface, coupled with robust features such as lead tracking, email automation, and contact management, has greatly improved my efficiency and allowed me to focus on what matters most: building meaningful relationships with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As part of their community, Hubspot offers many resources for Sales, Marketing, and Content pros. People who use their CRM gain further benefits specific to Sales, such as Writing Tips to optimize messaging.

The platform is modern, unique, and accessible. Hubspot's pricing considers a spectrum of business sizes, from individual owners to mega enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things like workflows are complicated to set up without an admin.

Also, day-to-day use of the app could be more intuitive from the Sales Development perspective.

For example, when I want to enroll an existing prospect into a sequence (i.e., sales campaign with multiple steps and automation), I have to navigate to another part of the CRM instead of simply adding the prospect from their page.

Conducting our sales activities — and managing client relationships — all in one intuitive place.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. Tasks features are very helpful to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequence is not suitable for sales call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is integrated with Zoominfo so we can easily pull contacts. It is easy to send out batches of emails to the contacts we pulled and easy to manage tasks and keep track of CRM.
