What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to learn, it has all of the tools I need, and it allows me to track deals so nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike! I even like their colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have a robust and complete picture of my sales process. It helps me see what communication method is working, and where I and my team can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is simple to use and is not over-complicated with unecessary fluff. Its easy to find what you are looking for when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be buggy at times. Its usually things that are insignificant like having to refresh the page several times for things to load. Also, I would like the platform to be more stable and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on track with what I have to get done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Huge for me. It prevents me from letting things fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot works well with our Salesforce. It helps our company communicate more and get the concerns out of our clients, tenants and owners that need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Hubspot is there are times that the responses are delivered delayed. Reason that sometimes we get escalations for delayed responses. Somehow it's better if the datas are delivered real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue were having with unresponded emails and messages from clients. It helps our team get more leads for the responses we provide to them. I really help the company a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Helpful support. Helps drive more sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features yet to be developed, and sometimes the pipeline can take too long to get the features you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales hub helps us reduce wasted Time by automating simple follow up procedures

What do you like best about the product?
Information is easily aggregated and can be done by someone with little to no experience. Anyone who is working in hubspot could easily become proficient within a couple of weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is lacking is the amount of connected apps we can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us identify key users of our site and connecting those users to our sales staff. This allows us to work on renewals and reactivations as well as new new business

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access for all the functionalities. It is very intuitive and easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs with how the menus are linked together. Going back on a deal can take you back to companies when you should go to deals, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot I keep track of all my leads and there is also a full history with each contact.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, able to adjust most settings according to your preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see full email thread when seeing responses from clients/customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to respond to emails easily. Able to change ticket specifications in order to decipher what/who I need to continue to update/correspond about.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales force Sales is templets it saves me so much time, effort, and sanity. I would not be able to do my job as effectively without it. Amazing !!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to learn the software was easier. It is a steep learning curve is you never used it before but the account managers are there to help you along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has smart filters. So each email is personal and has a better chance of being read.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot are the integrations with Slack, Gmail, ring I/O. It really helps me to stay focused and organized as I am a salesman with ADHD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create parent accounts. Maybe there is some thing that we can do to replicate that, but we do work with offices with multiple accounts where we want to attach it to one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of accounts and tasks, our company is very transactional so we work with a lot of different accounts. It certainly does help with production.
