HubSpot for a perfect workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
My experience using this platform has been extremely positive. It's incredibly intuitive, and its customization capabilities are impressive. No matter what customer management task I need to perform, HubSpot adapts perfectly. It's the perfect tool for keeping my business organized and providing exceptional service to my clients! I highly recommend HubSpot to anyone seeking a comprehensive and user-friendly solution.

HubSpot makes everyday better!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes every day a little bit better by helping me stay organized, reminding me of tasks that I need to do, and saving all of my email templates- not to mention the HubSpot app is a life saver and so convenient. I wish I used HubSpot not only for my work life but for my every day life too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of HubSpot is they do charge you for upgrades and I cannot use all of the tools that they offer because the upgrades can get expensive when piling one on top of the other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overtime HubSpot has improved their program dramatically! I love that my HubSpot can connect directly with my email so I can track when clients have opened and viewed items in my emails.

The notes section to write details on calls to stay well informed and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has glitches or it stops working.

Keeping all contacts and info of contact organized. Be able to reach multiple contacts simultaneously.
All-in-one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Email sequences and ZoomInfo integration are the best tools for someone in sales like myself. I also enjoy task management as I clearly understand my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotes templates are basic. Especially the subtotal section where you are stuck with a "monthly" sub-total even if you charge yearly...Very confusing for the clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all enjoy using Hubspot, from sales to marketing, tech support, etc. It's an all-in-one platform and everything is connected plus the Zoominfo integration is perfect for saving enormous amount of time doing data entry...

Its user friendly and the analytics data are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor glitches but nothing that can't be worked around.

Keeps me on top of my task and analytics

Task reminders are my lifesaver! I also love sequences, templates, notes, and pinning important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a faster/easier way ti import contacts. I also wish you could pin top contacts on the company page the way you can pin notes.

Keeping me organized and tracking all of my data. My tasks, lists, and sequences are my best friend.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, setting up sales hub can seem a bit daunting. It is very powerful and fully customizable, so I highly recommend having a game plan in action before jumping in:
- What data do you want to capture?
- What data is essential to report on in real-time?
- How do you want your workflows to operate for salespeople vs how do you want them to feel/ be experienced by your prospects?
- When building out custom automation, THINK LIKE A COMPUTER (this will help you connect the data dots faster and have a smoother time).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, it is a centralized database of current customers, past clients, and potential new prospects. It allows our sales department to create custom outreach campaigns for new prospects while nurturing previous clients and providing real-time quotes/ contracts to our existing clients. It also helps us capture data on website visits, email opens, email clicks, campaign and sequence progress.

None that I can think of that affects my current role.

Staying on track on activities associated with each contact helps the sales team to be organized & efficient
Above average CRM, price structure isn't ideal for small businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's interface is relatively user-friendly and easy to pick up. I've had good experiences when I needed to contact support. Tons of valuable training videos for all features. The sequences function has been convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is a little high, especially for all the features. Maintaining accurate data in contact properties isn't always the most straightforward task.

Sales Hub is highly customizable and can easily accommodate several different businesses. Its easy to contact people on a mass scale and keep track of the resulting conversations.
