Much Improved
What do you like best about the product?
Its integrations are very helpful. The ability to keep the team on track and informed is on point. It's ease-of-use has become the biggest stand-out in recent months, years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the set-ups probably need a Hubspot expert, consultant agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team informed - across the board. Having one central repository of information - from deals to communication strings and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
It combines the features of salesloft and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting aspects could be a lot better for forecasting, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of out reach and engagement activities as well as service as a customer/prospect data base.

The integrations and options they have to shape your process according to your goals and fields

It would be good to customize the HubSpot areas by roles, that is, if you are a salesperson, your HubSpot could only have views of tools that the salesperson would use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a clear overview of the work of all areas to be able to measure them and make decisions regarding them, I can create panels, flows, and leave feedback for the users.

lead management tools. I can easily capture and organize leads, track their interactions with my team, and prioritize them based on their potential value. This has helped me ensure that I am focusing my efforts on the most promising leads.

Steep learning curve, pricing may be high for some businesses.

HubSpot streamlines sales workflows, boosting productivity and closing more deals.
Increasing Complexity & Costs
What do you like best about the product?
I did not use Hubspot for some time but when I returned after a gap of 8-9 months I found things had somehow become very difficult. They kept asking me to upgrade for things that were free earlier despite my meagre usage. So all in all, I decided it was no longer worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You really need to make it simpler to use and you need to reduce costs; when I am paying from India, paying in USD is not a joke with the rate being almost 80 bucks to a dollar. And then being a startup and requiring services for several webapps that I have built the costs become absolutely unbearable.

It helps me capture visitors to my website and ensures that I do not miss any leads.

- An easy integration should be there with LinkedIn Lead Generation Form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a record book for all the sales leads you have generated. Only online and is much more effective. It is easy to assign tasks within the sales team and keep track of the cost involved in each sales lead and the revenue generated.
Also, the tool offers additional marketing and email feature which makes it easy in engaging customers through automated emails.

It's intutive and great customer support.

Pricing could be more customised. I preffered to have a l regional pricing.

Documenting the interaction with users were easy.

I wish we could add taxes into Hubspot quotes by region.

I can make quotes and complete transactions, I can track conversations with prospects and clients, I can book meetings.
The best Sales CRM to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It helped to maintain contacts, company records, deals, dashboards, pivoting and much much more. The team had ease to pitch to prospects and eventually helped with productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is way too high for the entire tool and it can wlbe worked upon. Also the tabs are not properly aligned to the worksheets. Data migration is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve a lot of problems in terms of data storage, meeting invitation, meeting scheduler, etc. It has also helped us in terms of data visibility for teams.
