Sales made easy

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to see my client's activity through mail monitoring. It made my daily activities easier and connect with my client in a fast paced
What do you dislike about the product?
I encounter some glitch wherein in Hubspot it says that the email's received but upon checking with the client, they're saying that they didn't receive any email from my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub minimizes my long agony in email blasting, monitoring if client's engagement with my email messages, quick templating of email content, updating my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Can create & keep email templates, work tracking, data utilization, making contacts, email campaigns, calling, scheduling, emailing tasks at one place & many more
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; searching contact is quite tricky; creating criteria to search contacts can be improved, and the rest of the things are fine. In email template there should be an option of attaching docs from desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling a call has become easy; emailing bulk audiences and getting calls scheduled has become very easy & convenient. Tracking & maintaining notes for each call

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to track the contacts of different companies and the communications which is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when companies are added the Hubspot Id was not visible which cause problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First it takes time to show the mail in the company page but now it immediately shows and we can track the communication.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part about hubspot is that it can be flexible while using it system and phone you can carry it while you are away from your client and still be in touch through sales

the thing i don't about hub spot is that the pages lack sometimes the filter disappers and you have to adjust everything again

the problem we are solving is to keep track of our record and make proper updates of our client and fullfill the requirement of the company. it helps our firm to be in check of leads

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to navigate through my deals quickly. I can contact any of my clients directly and be able to organize them in different stages to keep track of them. I have used other CRMs before; nothing compares to the amount of personalization HubSpot offers to your working style.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Hubspot; if I don't know how to use the feature or have any questions, customer service will help me solve my problems. I have yet to find limitations that do not let me do my job as efficiently as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me solve the problem of reaching out to multiple clients and making them feel like I sent them a personal email. It helps me keep track of all of my sequence performance for maximum a/b testing to see what is working and what is not.

What do you like best about the product?
The Email sequence feature and how easy it is to upload and download contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation can be more user-friendly. I've had to reach out to the Hubspot tech team multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility into sales activities: HubSpot Sales Hub provides a centralized platform where our sales teams can track all their interactions with leads and customers, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Inefficient sales processes: The platform helped to streamline repetitive tasks, enabling sales reps to focus on more high-value activities.

Poor lead tracking: HubSpot Sales Hub enables our sales reps to track their leads' engagement with their emails and other marketing content, allowing them to tailor their approach and follow up with more relevant information.

The email sequence feature is particularly useful in helping our sales reps to nurture leads over time. This feature enables our sales reps to set up a series of automated emails that are sent to leads at pre-determined intervals. This helps to keep leads engaged and informed about our products and services, without requiring our sales reps to manually send individual emails.

Additionally, HubSpot Sales Hub's lead engagement tracking feature allows our sales reps to see how leads are interacting with their emails and other content. This helps them to gauge the level of interest that a lead has in our products, and tailor their approach accordingly.

Fast reliable and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and very helpful to make sure I stay on track. Also when communicating with clients I love the feature that tell me they have seen my emails that tells me they are either reading it and looking further into my questions or they are about to respond to me and I'm already ready to read and respond back making it seem as if I am always available for any of our clients conserns or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to connect it to my phone and laptop and make calls by starting on my laptop and auto activate it to my phone.(I can select call on HubSpot on my laptop and it automatically starts a call on my phone)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who is and isn't already working with us it's great for managing our accounts and not bothering our clients with repeated pitches and deals/ emails.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pick up; it's really straightforward in terms of the interface. I also love the customization in the search features and how you can adjust your views to be specific to the information you need at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of our business, I think our reps get confused (however, some need more training) on how to track a single facility, versus a physician group, versus a hospital system. It would be nice if a feature compared new entries to what is already in the system so we could avoid duplicates at conception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helpful for tracking our business in sales, and the relationships we have with the facilities we work with. It is also a hub for contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user friendly and simple platform to enter the information we need for our sales & marketing team. The dashboard feature is very helpful when presenting the data to the Executive team. And I love Hubspot Academy! Also, the Hubspot community is great to discuss any issues, give suggestions to the development team (which they do respond to!) and of course, network with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a a few small issues with editing meeting messages but we have found a work around. The development team does listen to suggestions and keeps the community informed about improvements and new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the inside look at the activity of your prospects. That really helps us to focus in on those prospects that are interested in our message. And they go to the top of our call list! Opens and clicks are a great thing!
