Do more in less time with HubSpot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy-to-work-with CRM function and the ability to track links, schedule meetings, creating tasks as reminders. I also enjoy the many app integrations available, like LinkedIn sales navigator. This allows me to do more outreach in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside to Hubspot is more on my end than the software. Hubspot has so many capabilities and functions. I have been using Hubspot for several years and still have much to learn. I know I haven't scratched the surface of cool things I could and should be utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organised and accountable to exceed al internal sales outreach goals by providing easy-to-share reporting to ELT.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly ability to make the process a smooth and simplistic one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires updates often, and it has repeating errors with logging activity on a weekly basis on and off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a detailed list of potential partners, while keeping track of detailed conversations amongst them.

Quick to learn, great for prospecting & tracking progress

What do you like best about the product?
The visualizations make it easy and clear to track mass prospecting efforts. Sequencing is one of my favorite tools & I like that it can integrate with third-party sites like Gmail, Zoominfo, etc. It's also very customizable, which helps build dashboards for your companies specific needs/sales efforts. I've used both Hubspot & Salesforce in the past and prefer Hubspot much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for whatever reason, sequences are paused, and contacts remain in that sequence which blocks them from being put into other lines. A lot of the time, this is due to de-activated users. I wish there were a feature that if a contact has been enrolled into a sequence from a deactivated user, they are automatically unenrolled instead of someone else having to unenroll each contact manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass tracking our efforts throughout the sales process. Ex: tracking things like the root of a prospect, where they are along the pipeline, how long it's been since we've engaged in a conversation, being able to add tasks to prospects (both on the contact level & company level), etc.

At the beginning I was not used to HS, but the academy help me to understand it in the best way possible

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely easy to use. Probably the highlight is the email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1,000 email limit makes sense, but it seems that the number doesn't reset daily as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass cold outreach through email is extremely time consuming. Hubspot makes that task a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables me to efficiently organize and manage every lead that pours in. The personalization abilities and automation features allow me to best serve and retain customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I dislike about Hubspot is the restriction on emails. I understand regulations; however, this has held me back at times when trying to reach out to valuable contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the overload of contacts and leads by giving us the tool to effectively communicate with them. It allows us to set tasks to be the best service to them, and track deals to have achieve goals for ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can see all my deals, and categorize them into different pipelines in order to see where i am at with each one of my deals, this helps when my pipeline grows bigger, to always stay on track on where i am with each potential client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the crm does glitch out, and having to manually enter in my tasks, things can easily get lost if i am not 100% on top of it. If anything it makes me more attentive to my deals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me keep my day organized, know who and what to do with each and every client and organize what stage they are in, in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use to track your sales and easy to change software views for your sales team , at the mean time the decision makers can have graphs to see so they can make management changes .
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great nothing to dislike , users need to engage more with the solution so they can use all the advantages that hubspot provides , also you can learn more about the product online
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helping us keep track of our leads and the email sequence helping us reach more customers, and keep track of their responses, you can also see if one of our customers clicked on our email

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are an incredible way to stay updated with all day-to-day business operations. In addition, the meeting link portion of Hubspot makes it easy to be available for all customers and perspective clients. Dashboards area also a huge plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lists can be somewhat confusing at times. I also find the relationship between contact/company pages not always to be efficient. In addition, the ticketing system on Hubspot could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, Hubspot helps me stay incredibly organized. In addition, I utilize the meeting link function of HubSpot hundreds of times a day. Sequences are easy to track and edit on the fly
