BEST CRM I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, ease of use, the education that hubspot provides for new sales team members. The customer services is fantastic, You guys absolutely crush sales force out of the park!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow. I wish it had an intergration with Shopify as we are moving to Shopify Plus to process all of our B2B orders. If it linked into Shopify, and could pull the detailed reports/ Data in shopify to hubspot so you can compare the performance of your team, as well as accurate and detailed sales reports, you guys would be the world leader!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customer data in an easy-to-use, manageable system, so we can know all the communications with our customers, scheduling meetings and giving us a good visual look at our lead pipeline.
An All-In-One Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutley love the leads RPM management. It is intuitive and organized and I almost never have issues with using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the duplicate leads option was more intuitive and allowed you to merge or delete duplicates in an easier manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me keep track of all of our company's potential and current clients in an easy-to-use mainframe. What I love is that we can also have multiple employees use the program and it logs who did what on that client's profile, so we can keep easy track of the progress we've made with them. I also love the scheduling link and the email templates! It's shortened our day-to-day tasks by a lot.
A good tool, but far from great
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run campaigns to existing clients is great, but limiting from a new prospecting perspective. HubSpot is great for doing inviatoins to webinar events and tracking opens, though it's limited
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy to have hubspot enroll thousands of clients into a sequence and have it stagger the sends out. Also having more data report capability on sequences would be ideal. The ability to pull individuals that open into a list would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great place to store contact information, but not ideal for updating it.
Easy to use, after learning how to utilize tool

Making calls is super easy. Logging calls, meetings, and emails are very useful. Sequences are great

I feel like not enough of my emails actually send to prospects...

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of tutorials, very easy to get started, cover most of the company needs. The analytics section is very strong as well. The CRM is very fast and it's easy to clean up the data using workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey and sometimes it might appear a bit too complex. I am not a big fan of the way we can check if a sequence is going to work well or not. It's also very hard to review and edit sequences. I am a bit annoyed by the fact that we can automate inmail from SalesHub while many other tools are doing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have all our growth team operating all tasks under the same roof. Sales Hub is offering all the tools and features we need to build our pipeline from lead generaton to deal closing. I also like the fact that we can customize most of it.

Issues with connecting to my inbox, sometimes I cannot find all the previous conversations on HubSpot

A tool that saves a lot of your time and keeps track of every bit of your work.
What do you like best about the product?
Email automation is what I like the most in HubSpot. We can create email sequences, and HubSpot will automatically send emails to the targeted person at a defined date and time. Also, it keeps track of every single communication, saving time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anyone can assign companies to their name, which will not let other users see the company's conversation and contacts of their company.

Email automation and tracking.
Cohesive and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to organize, customize, and view/create reports. Sync with GSuite/Google is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish that the integration with AirCall was better

It helps to organize where each prospect/lead is in sales cycle and helps to identify timelines and set deadlines.
HubsSpot Is User-Friendly and Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about HubSpot Sales is that it is easy to use and keeps me organized. From reminding me to follow up on emails to creating tasks to ensure I am on top of closing deals and everything in between. I know I would not be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HS sales is how many features there are. Sometimes I do not feel as if I am getting the most out of the tool because there are some things I am unaware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales keep our team organized and on the same page. We all know exactly what is happening with our prospects and customers. We are more productive with HS sales, and it has led to an increase in business performance.
Great tool for fast sales activities

Easy to understand and use. Allow all the teams to be connected and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like it to be more automatized on views filters, quotations generator and connection on calendars

All my contacts are organized, i can be connected to the rest of the teams and allows me to prospect in massive quantity
