Great for Managing Relations
What do you like best about the product?
I love using hubspot as it allows me to manage all of my relations very easily and manage my daily workload. Through utilizing hubspot calling and emailing, all of my conversations are saved and easily viewed by myself and my manager. It also allows me to keep track of deals and upcoming tasks very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall would how the structure of services are across paid plans. I wish that some services, such as, sequences were available at the more economical paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing Hubspot does for our team is make it easier to track activity with our clients and deals - makes it very easy to review the deal and know exactly what needs to be done moving forward without searching through various platforms.
User Friendly fast efficient CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to track potential orders
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotes feature could allow decimal points, without allowing decimal points, quotes are often inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using HubSpot we found it very difficult to track which quotes we had followed up with and why they had been lost. Being able to track this accurately has greatly helped our sales team to bring more quotes through the door.

Try out the free trial, but also reach out to the HubSpot team for a demonstration of what you can get with the paid version
User friendly, can navigate easily even for beginners!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot Sales Hub is very user friendly, it is easy to use even for beginners like myself.
I have used different CRM's before and I can say a lot of them has features that's not that friendly for people like me who is not that tech savvy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when there are updates or there are issues with the software because of upgrades or whatnot and no prior notice given as it takes a lot of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the integration of apps for calling and email is a great feature as it allows us to use all our tools in just one page and not have 100 tabs open at the same time lol

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, user friendly, accurately logs and tracks what I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I have used almost every CRM out there, and I have always preferred Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to make more calls in less time which leads to more appointments.
So much potential- could execute better.

Easy to schedule tasks. Simple to manage contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email threadding. Often I only want to thread 2-3 emails, but it makes me thread the whole sequence. Dynamic fields/email templates- it constantly forgets to put a space between the greeting and customer name, making emails look awful and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage my outreach/calls ext. However, it needs to be polished on the email/template front (see previous comments on email threadding and formatting issue with customer names).
Perfect for working without hesitate in stages
What do you like best about the product?
Mail and following functions, sometimes, I need to remember some actions and follow clients, without i need a companion to remember me some important tasks, and here is the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deal tasks are hard to see and ordering them takes time, so it´s better to have the macro management and watch the days without interactions. Hope it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have opportunities for improving my memory, and Hubspot is letting me remember what is useful and critical to close my deals with a large quote of clients. It´s awesome
Makes your work easier
What do you like best about the product?
To begin, it is easy to organize your files and the filtering ways is spot on. You can create new views and easier to track your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we need to improve the security like creating password for every saved view. It is to make sure that your file will not be compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing everything from email tracking to setting a task. Hubspot is the go to tool especially for sales people who would like to check their leads.

Everything is in one place. I can create lists to do campaigns. That I can follow the activity of my emails

Keeps me organized

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, even for first time users. Most things are where they are supposed to be. It allows you to organize your day and track your activities very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be some lag on some services or tabs that take a bit of time to load, but these issues are sorted out quickly. The inbound calls tab is a great new feature but needs a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it allows me to not drown in a sea of contacts, emails, and calls. It enables you to stay organized even if you have hundreds of activities to do and the notifications on opens lets you know what contacts to prioritize
Great for small companies who need an "all-in-one" solution
What do you like best about the product?
Things I like about hubspot: affordable, has a lot of options for customization, integrates with many common tools (gsuite), it is fairly easy to use, they have decent templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of improvement for hubspot: it's not the best performance-wise (it can be slow and glitchy), they don't have great customer service, I wish they had better training/onboarding for new users

Hubspot helps keep all our customer data and records. Helps us automate many sales processes and support processes as well.
