What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub has been instrumental in bringing all things together. I have been able to have all the leads generated through marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound campaigns into deals and I am able to qualify them and move them into the next stages seamlessly.
With the tasks feature, I can easily assign tasks to the sales reps to follow up with the prospects, update deals, and delegate them to others to ensure everything happens at the right time to have much healthy sales pipeline.
With the meetings feature, I can easily add my calendar link in the emails and prospects can directly set up meetings with me.
Overall, Hubspot Sales Hub is the one tool that made my life easier by having everything in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really great but it's too expensive, especially if you have a big team. As you deal with more users and more contacts, your costs will soar up to a level that you feel dependent on the tool and can't go out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, all the management team can have a greater visibility on what's happening with the leads that are added into the pipeline and we are able to streamline our sales structure in a better way.
Amazing Lead Generation tool and reporting capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for a lead generation tool with built-in reporting, this is a great tool to use. Instead of using other platforms, sourcing leads and communicating with potential clients within the same platform is very easy. You can also integrate the tool with your email management system and create templates that you can use in reposing to clients and standardize languages for your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be best to have a functionality for the clients to sign within the platform (digital signature) instead of using another platform. That way, we can keep all pertinent documents in just one system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses email management, reporting, and the movement of each sales process from one step to another. Creating standardized templates that the team can use in communication with our clients. API integration to other tools and calendar management.
Hubspot is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
The level of analasys you can achieve if you manage properties and give each deal the required info is just unbelieveable. You can track leads from start to finish with a great detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, probably the fact that only paying users have access to some info (like email templates and secuences), as an admin, it would be nice to be able to review it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly to analyze and follow the whole lead journey, how reps are working each lead and to later gather data and analytics to make decisions.

Lots of customization features - sales flow, identifying lead status, changing view, etc.

Relatively steep learning curve. Sometimes it's hard to figure out how to do what you want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, I still get a lot of value out of sales hub. It makes it easy to refer to contact data and sales data. Also useful for scheduling meetings with call tracking.
Good overall - too many features that might make it a better fit for bigger organizartions

It helps maintain great control of where contacts stand on the pipeline, with a good system of registering activities with each contact and to set up reminders for when to reach out again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has too many features that our organization doesn't need. It makes navigation a bit more complex and finding where everything is can sometimes be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us solve the contact acquisition problem - by using online forms to capture contacts' information. It also helped us follow along with sales processes from the contact acquisition to the closure of the sale.

The deal, forecasting and reporting functionalities. Before using Sales Hub, sales forecasting and reporting was limited to spreadsheets. It saves us a lot of time on reporting, and

I can't add in optional line items when writing a quotation. This is a feature on the product suggestion board at Hubspot, but is yet to be implemented. Currently resorting to writing (optional) next to line item name.

Good product, clean interface.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides a clean and user-friendly interface, which honestly is my favorite part about it over Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot but I do wish there was the ability to see a visual graph of the stage a deal is in within the deal itself, kind of like what Salesforce has.

Keeping all of my deals and tasks clean and organized.
