What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Everything is intuitive and user friendly. At first my team was skeptical of the integration and soon folks were loving it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - seems to work seamlessly and gives me no issues that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for templates, quotes and many other features. I have no idea what I'd be doing without it.
Seamless integration
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several CRM platforms in my sales career (Redtail, SalesForce, SalesForce FSC, Zoho, and others) and am just using HubSpot for the first time. I'm super impressed with the seamless integration of HubSpot with Fathom for capturing note and video and attaching them to the contact with no additional effort on my part. I'm much more productive as I don't have to take notes and enter them into HubSpot manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see a repository of all the notifications, like when someone reads an email, and HubSpot shows a notification of this. Maybe this already exists within the software and I've just not found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and task management, deal tracking and sales pipeline management and reporting, note taking, contact details and incredible automation. All of these features equate to being more productive.

On most occasions, you get the accurate DM info, and you can go straight to the pitch with the right person

Sometimes the leads don't belong to the company or any related to the business involved

It's saving us a lot of time by providing us with direct contact with our prospect's clients

It helps keep me organized, I know with all my tasks who I need to contact that day.

Honestly, nothing I don't like. It is all very useful.

I honestly haven't had any problem. I love that I can text from HubSpot just by clicking the SMS button

It's a very strong crm tool user friendly to analyse sales funnel but lacks in lead generation a lot. Would love it if it's faster and also has lead generation tools inbuilt.

Superb crm tool for portraying deals and quotes and nice sales analysis tool. Productivity is good and supposed to be increased in the sale at team with this one

Easy to use and to get the hang of it but it still has all the features that you may need, awesome to keep record of everything and all the analytic tools are really helpfull

At the moment i can't think of anything that i don't like about Hubspot, simple to use and it's pretty effective for all of my bussines needs

Hubspot is honestly the reason I am a successful sales person!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales keeps all of my contacts and tasks organized in one place. Working in sales, it is easy to get distracted or go down a "rabbit hole" with one customer and forget about follow-up. HubSpot Sales allows automatic tasks and emails sent to help you keep in touch with all your money-makers!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to "learn" all the features of HubSpot Sales....it can be daunting, but there is literally something called HubSpot Academy that can lessen that learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that HubSpot Sales solves the problem of "what to do next" for salespeople, including ours. Keeping people productive and on task is imperative to reaching sales goals. In fact, we have reached milestone sales goals as a team while using HubSpot Sales!

Nothing comes to mind at the moment, so far so good.

Keeping track of our prospects, measuring close deals, organizing contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of onboarding new users has been a huge positive for Hubspot Sales Hub. We have ready made playbooks for training, an organized list of templates to use and more that lets our new hires easily adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con to Hubspot is it is common that many sales reps come from the a world of using Salesforce so the learning curve takes a little bit of time. The interface overall is cleaner than Salesforce which does help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot SalesHub we can easily create dashboards to give us the clean reliable information to make data driven decisions - your CRM is only as good as the data in it and Hubspot allows us to keep on top of that with all the integrations possible.
